For the adventurous, take a private hiking trail to the lake and explore the beautiful lakeshore.

PLEASE NOTE: The hot tub is not automatically on during your stay. If you’d like to use it, please notify us in advance so we can have it ready for you.
Each activation runs for 4 hours, and your first 4 hours are included in your stay. If you’d like additional time, it can be arranged for an extra fee.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay. Access to the property will only be granted once the agreement has been completed and returned.
Party Policy: No parties allowed, without exception. 13 registered guest maximum. Any guest over 13, or any guest not registered will result in a $500 penalty and you will be asked to leave the property immediately. Keep outdoor music to a reasonable level. The neighbors are close by and we want to be respectful of them. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.

No smoking anywhere inside or outside the home within 50 feet of the home.


We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Our cancellation policy applies to every reservation without exceptions, regardless of the reason. Please make sure to review and understand the policy before booking to avoid any surprises later.

Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible
