Bemus-HOT TUB-Fire Pit-Pets OK-1 Block to Lake

Walk to everything Bemus Point has to offer from our centrally-located house on Main St! The lake is a short walk down a quiet street where you can launch a kayak or bring a boat (ask for details). Our house is open and airy with room for a crowd and a great backyard to relax and enjoy some outdoor time. We’ve got a fire pit (firewood provided), outdoor dining space, grill and hot tub! You’ll love how close you are to Bemus attractions and the lake, but nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

First Floor

-Spacious kitchen fully stocked so you can cook a great meal. Enjoy coffee from either the drip coffee maker or Keurig.

-Open dining area with large table

-Bright and comfy living room with smart TV. French doors lead out to the patio where you can grill or enjoy the hot tub and outdoor dining.

-We have a queen-sized murphy bed in the living room disguised as a TV cabinet that conveniently folds up when not in use.

-Full bath with laundry closet and tile shower off the living room

-Kid play area with a play kitchen and other toys tucked near the kitchen and mudroom



Second Floor

-Open sleeping area at the top of the stairs. Relax on the day bed and watch TV or pull out the trundle and have room for 2 to sleep in the twin beds. There is a bedroom nook with two more single beds next to this area

-Primary bedroom with king bed, TV and vaulted ceilings

-Two more bedrooms each with queen beds and closets

-Full bath with tub and two vanities



Outdoor Space

-6 person hot tub 

-2 single kayaks provided for guests (use at own risk per house rules)

- Multiple seating and dining options on the deck

-Gas grill

-Smokeless fire pit with lots of firewood stocked for guest use

-Lots of outdoor games: corn hole, badminton, croquet
