This spacious townhouse boasts not one, but two master suites, each furnished with king beds and attached full baths. One of the bathrooms is adorned with an expansive, opulent bathtub and a convenient double vanity. The third bedroom also features a king bed, plus a nearby half bath, perfect for additional guests.
The living space, adorned with rich wood and leather furnishings, extends seamlessly from the indoor rooms to a private outdoor terrace, an ideal spot to enjoy the sunsets and breathtaking views of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course. The well-furnished living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace for everyone's comfort and entertainment. This area opens up to a private patio, which includes a pet-friendly area, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill. The fully equipped kitchen features gourmet appliances, perfect for preparing meals.
