This lovely family home is ready for your next Sunriver vacation! Featuring an open layout, high ceilings, and updated finishes, guests will feel at home the moment they step through the door. Outside, guests will enjoy a sunny deck with an outdoor dining area, two beach chairs, and the greatest perk of this home: a private outdoor hot tub. It's the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring all that Sunriver has to offer.

Inside, this family-friendly retreat offers an ample and bright open layout combining the kitchen, living room, and dining area into one big space, perfect for families that love to stick together! Gather around the fireplace and turn on the flatscreen TV with cable and streaming services and catch up on your favorite series or search for everyone's favorite movie and start an unforgettable movie night. There are three sofas, so there's enough space for everyone. The kitchen is a chef's dream come true as it features all the essential appliances and cookware to prepare dreamy and savory meals. It includes a French door fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, and even a breakfast bar that seats four. This is a great option for quick meals on the go, but if you'd like to sit down and enjoy more of a traditional meal, the dining table seats up to eight people.

All four bedrooms are located on completely opposite sides of the home, granting neverending privacy for everyone. They all also have ensuite full bathrooms, but only three of them have TVs (two flatscreens and one regular TV). There are two desks available in two different rooms, perfect for working from home or distance learning.

What's nearby:
Within half an hour, you can ski on Mt. Bachelor or brewery-hop in Bend; yet, this quiet resort town offers a wonderful sense of peace and relaxation with plenty of on-site amenities to keep everyone entertained. The Village includes rental outfitters and guide outposts where you can book fly fishing expeditions, guided horseback tours, ski lessons, snowshoe trips, and kayaking excursions.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
