Kindly note that Pioneer Park Condo HOA strictly upholds a NO SMOKING policy throughout the property, including units, balconies, and the parking lot. Additionally, this complex adheres to a NO PET policy. Your peaceful and smoke-free retreat awaits!

Access to the apartment is via coded entry and details will be given prior to your arrival.
Parking on site is available and free to guests.

You`ll be in the heart of Bend and can walk to downtown or go on a walk along the river trail.

Uber and Lyft as well as regular taxi services are available in Bend and from the airport in Redmond. There is a local bus service just a short walk from the apartment to Bend, Redmond and Sun River areas and easy bike hire just down the road on Wall Street.

Smoking is not permitted in the condo OR on balconies and no pets are allowed. The Homeowners Association vigilantly enforces this.

Laundry is a locked, communal facility on the ground floor with washers and dryers for a small fee. The key is in the condo. There is a $50 replacement fee if key is lost.

Free car parking is on site with all local amenities a short walk away eg. breweries, restaurants, cafes, bookstore, shops and a supermarket.

Also, please note that in Central Oregon in the winter, we often have snowy road conditions. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep his in mind when booking in the Winter months. We also have a similar policy for smoke in the Summer. There`s a chance due to wildfires that there are smokey air conditions during your stay. If evacuations were to take place (extremely rare around here!), then a refund would be given, but other than that, we will stick to the stated cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding!
