Get the best of both worlds in this 2nd story condo nestled into the Deschutes River while only moments away from downtown! It's the perfect home base for whatever may bring you to Bend. There are 2 queen beds in 2 areas, making it suitable for up to 4 guests! We are sure you'll have all your needs met with the full kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi, access to the HOA-managed pool and hot tub, and on-site staff available 10:00 AM-7:00 PM daily. Up to two pets are welcome for an additional fee.



The Space:

We've nicknamed this awesome unit "The Mount Bachelor Pad." This condo overlooks the Deschutes River on the edge of downtown and its the perfect home base for your Bend adventures, whether you're here to ski, hike, raft or visit the downtown-area breweries! You're just an 8-10 minute walk into the heart of the city, with countless restaurants, pubs and local boutiques.



It includes 2 queen beds in 2 areas, making it suitable for up to 4! Looking for a night in? Enjoy whipping up great meals in the full kitchen and cozying up by the fireplace! Or take the river trail for a stroll in either direction for beautiful scenes and possibly wildlife right here in town. If you head south on the trail you will walk through Pioneer Park into downtown and eventually reach Drake Park.



This unit is also pet friendly, so bring along up to two furry friends to accompany you on your adventures for a one time fee of $69.00. And don't forget your swimsuits!! We also have an indoor heated pool and hot tub open daily!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
