Here we are at "Dam Pretty View", a 2nd-floor condo along the beautiful Deschutes River and less than a 10 minute walk into the heart of downtown Bend. Four travelers can sleep in the two queen sized beds. The condo is approximately 630 square feet with two separate sleeping areas, two full bathrooms, and a kitchen. Your balcony overlooks the Deschutes River and trail that runs along our property.
Don't feel like going out?! No worries, in this condo you will have all your cooking needs! This kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove top, dishwasher and oven. Plus, all your basic pots, pans, casserole dishes and utensils are provided, along with dish-ware and glasses.
The Bend Riverside Commons Condominiums line the Deschutes River and are directly adjacent to Pioneer Park. You have plenty of room to stretch your legs on the grassy patio or in the park next door. Take the riverside trail to the north or south for a refreshing taste of the outdoors. The proximity to downtown cannot be understated. You can walk to numerous restaurants, pubs, and downtown boutiques in under 10 minutes.
Our property does include an indoor heated pool and hot tub, which are open daily so don't forget to bring those swimsuits!
Basic cable will be provided in the rooms, that means your basic set up of analog channels. You are, however, most certainly welcome to bring your own streaming device, all tv's in our units are flat screen with HDMI hook ups. (HDMI cords not included in room)
Please keep in mind this unit is NOT pet friendly. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought into non-pet rooms. Violations are subject to $250 fines, to be charged to Tenant's credit card.
