Your reservation includes complimentary passes to the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC), located within a 10-minute drive. SHARC amenities include a year-round indoor pool and hot tub, a seasonal outdoor aquatic park with a lazy river, water slides, and a kiddie pool.

Nestled in a peaceful community at the north end of Sunriver, almost anything you need or want to see is found within a short drive or bike ride of this home. The Woodlands Golf Course is nearby, and a bike path connects over 30 miles of trail throughout the community, even leading to the impressive river rapids at Benham Falls. And for extra fun and adventure, don't miss the Oregon Observatory, less than four miles south, and the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, less than seven miles from your door.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
