The entire family will enjoy spending time in the home's main floor living room with its wall of windows, a television, and a lava rock gas fireplace to cozy up beside as snow falls outside. When you're ready to head outdoors, the decks that wrap around three sides of the home are the ideal place to relax in the private hot tub, enjoy a meal together or just sit back and take in the forest views and enjoy the weather.
Head up to the upper level and you will find the fully equipped kitchen and dining area that will be the perfect combo for family dinners and game nights as the stars come out. The upstairs primary bedroom has a spacious en-suite bathroom that includes a separate soaker tub and shower plus access to a private balcony.
When you want to indulge in a bit of fun close to home, Sunriver’s SHARC provides access to a variety of resort-style amenities including a shared pool, lazy river, hot tub, sports courts, and more, all at the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center and is just two-and-a-half miles down the road. The Sunriver Marketplace is close by, and can easily take care of all of your grocery needs. And for adventures in the great outdoors, the Deschutes River and Mt. Bachelor are both just minutes away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
