Koosah Lodge is a luxury lodge-style home in a quiet Sunriver setting with central air conditioning, four spacious bedroom suites: three on the main floor, and an upstairs private bedroom suite on the 2nd floor. There is a dramatic open great room with soaring ceilings, hand-hewn staircase, and tall windows framing high desert territorial views. Chef's kitchen features a brand-new 36'' gas range, 2 dishwashers, and a spacious dining area. Multiple smart TVs throughout the house. Gas fireplaces in the living room and primary bedroom suite. At this time we have 4 adult bikes, and 1 child bike at the house.
There is a pack'n play crib in the front bedroom walk in closet. It can be moved to any room but is not to leave the house. There is a high chair in the pantry, and their are children cups and plates in the kitchen.
The 2 cots we have at the house are extra width, extra length, with mattresses. One is in the entry closet, and one is in a back bedroom closet. Clean bedding is with the cots.
The leather sofa in the game room is a queen sleeper. Clean bedding is in an orange tub next to the sofa. The gray sofa in the loft is a queen sleeper. Clean bedding is in an orange tub next to the sofa.
The SHARC passes are hanging in the laundry room.
The thermostat controlling heat and cooling is located on the wall near the front bedroom. It is pretty simple to use, but if you have any questions about how to set it please contact us.
There are 2 security cameras on the front of the house facing the driveway. They record video but no sound.
Our rates are based on your selected dates and guest count.
Two dogs are permitted, with a $75 fee. No other animal species are permitted. Dogs cannot be left unattended. Must stay off beds/furniture.
Not permitted: events, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, receptions, 3rd party bookings, local visitors.
