ABOUT YOUR CONDO: Located on the 2nd floor, the condo opens to a bright and open living area with a beautiful panorama view of the river. There are plenty of easy accessible walking paths to the adjacent park, downtown, and the Bend River trail system. The inviting gas fireplace is just waiting for you if you decide to cozy up inside. You see a comfortable fabric couch, throw blankets, and a plush armchair where you can nap, read, catch up on emails, watch TV, or just listen to your favorite music. The room's expansive sliding glass door leads to your private balcony where you can listen to the sound of the river below. When you sit in the comfortable patio set, you can sip your morning coffee, enjoy an afternoon snack, or nap--and surrender to the tranquility of the peaceful quiet, the warm sun, and a gentle breeze blowing through the trees.

KEYS AND OTHER THINGS: Your personal entry code will be provided before your arrival. On the kitchen peninsula, you'll find your Welcome Book, Pool, and laundry room keys.

KITCHEN: You have access to a fully stocked kitchen that will make you feel right at home. It's complete with an oven, stove, a full set of dishes, flatware and cookware, various spices, sugar, and coffee. Whether you cook or bring in food you can sit at the quartz peninsula bar that comfortably seats 4 people.

ENTERTAINMENT: You have easy access to high-speed internet, HD television, which includes HULU, Netflix, and Paramount+ TV. You can enjoy books, games, and puzzles on the coffee table in front of the fireplace.

BEDROOMS: We can accommodate 4 people. The master suite has a queen-size bed, full-sized dresser and closet, as well as air conditioning. Warm blankets are available for the winter and light cotton blankets for the summer. In the linen closet, you have large towels available when you go to the nearby heated pool and jacuzzi. In addition, the hidden Murphy bed in the living room folds out to a Queen-size bed. All of these are super comfy.

BATHROOMS: The two bathrooms have fresh towels, body wash, natural shampoo, and a hair dryer. Both have been recently upgraded with quartz vanity tops and attractive new fixtures. One bath has a tub that is perfect for warming up after a long winter's day at the slopes or tobogganing in the Deschutes wilderness area.

PARKING: Covered and uncovered parking is available in any spot that is not numbered. If you bring more than one car, there is additional parking in the large lot. You will receive a code to the laundry room which is just below the unit.

OUR REQUESTS: Please treat our home as you would treat your own. You are welcome to use any of the teas or spices in the cabinet. If you find that you finish something, leave us a note so that we can replace it. We maintain a smoke-free environment. Do not smoke anywhere on the premises. Please conserve water! There is a severe water shortage in the region.

ACCESSIBILITY: You must be able to walk up stairs. There is one flight of stairs to get into the condo.
