Top Floor Condo near Downtown & Deschutes River!

Summary:

This top floor condo on the outskirts of downtown Bend is elegant and modern. It sleeps 4 in a king bed and a futon and features a kitchen stocked with everything the Rachel Ray in your party will need. The condo is a short 10-minute walk into the heart of downtown Bend where you can find local breweries and delicious restaurants. Or, if you prefer, you’d be about two football fields away from the edge of the Deschutes River and the neighboring Pioneer Park and a 22 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor!



The Space:

This is Unit 180/181, which we've nicknamed "Drake Your Money Maker." The owners of this unit at the Pioneer Park Condominiums lived in it for several years when they first moved to Bend.They loved its proximity to downtown, and remodeled it not to feel like a rental, but to feel like home.  It features slate floors, tiled showers, granite countertops, open shelving and full-sized kitchen appliances.



The condo is divided into two separate spaces with a connecting door: a living room with a kitchen, and a master bedroom. The living room side has a gas fireplace and a sofa. The bedroom side has a comfy king bed and two closets. Both sides of the condo have their own full bathrooms, one for him and her. Each side has a private balcony overlooking the property. 



This condo is advertised as sleeping two adults but there's a futon in the living room, allowing you to sleep up to four. Since futons are not known for their comfort, please only consider putting children on it. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than two guests.



This condo's location cannot be understated. It's just a few blocks from the heart of downtown, maybe a 10-minute walk. It's also two football fields away from the Deschutes River and a peaceful river trial. The downtown area features several public parks. The condo is directly adjacent to Pioneer Park, one of the many nearby parks in the city, accompanied by Brooks Park, Harmon Park and, of course, the very large and popular Drake Park. 



The nice thing about 180/181 "Drake Your Money Maker" is that you won't need to drive your vehicle much once you arrive. There is free parking at the facility, and once here, you can walk to just about everything! One of the many things Bend is famous for is its breweries and you can stumble home from several of them! Downtown Bend is full of restaurants, pubs and locally owned boutiques. The very last Blockbuster Video in the world is about a 15-minute walk. We're located 22 miles from Mount Bachelor.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

"This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer."

Pioneer Park Rentals Rentals manages more than 15 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
