We at BnB Host Management understand that during this time of a Major Disruptive World Event, travel and petrol are an uncertainty.

This also comes under Extenuating Circumstances.

I can promise you that in the circumstance that you are unable to travel due to petrol shortages or Airport closures, I will override any cancellation policy and will organise a refund for you.

There would be only two considerations for you:

1) When a guest is entitled to a refund, we reserve the right to pass on any credit card transaction fees to the primary booking guest, relating to their reservation.

2) We would just require any kind of documentation of proof, to confirm your cancellation request falls within the `Extenuating Circumstances`.

*Guests are required to answer `YES` to pets in the ID Form before pets can be approved.
*Please note that your booking is not confirmed until you have filled out our IDV Form. Guests are required complete the ID Verification Form prior to the stay, it is compulsory
*We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 25 years.

*Please clean the BBQ after yourselves. If cleaners are forced to do it, there will be an extra fee of $2.
