Friends Holidays

Amazing and friendly host. He explained the area and which places are good to visit. The apartment has everything you would need. The view of the beach is stunning and sitting on the balcony with a drink is the perfect way to end the evening. There is plenty of restaurants and pubs to walk. Will be booking again for next year. Family week in benidorm

The location, size and amenities of this apartment are excellent. It is located near to the Don Pancho Hotel & strip so is in a very lively area full of bars & restaurants. The balcony is spacious with fantastic views of the beach which is only a few metres away. The beds are very comfy with ample storage space & hangers. The 2 bathrooms are a little tired but perfectly adequate with ample hot water & good showers. The kitchen & living room are also of a good size with comfy sofa & good facilities. The property is a little tired & could do with a lick of paint new towels & bedding but its location size & amenities are excellent.

Lovely apartment right at the front. Beds were comfortable we all slept good. Sofa comfortable

We , 4 of us were happy staying here for 25nights from 4/02/2024 till 29/02/2024. Everything was nearby, shops, supermarket restaurants. Would recommend this apartment. Alistair met us when we arrived and was very nice, explaining everything.

Excellent View !

We always stay beachfront so this location was perfect for us , view from balcony was worth it alone ! Apartment itself it’s a good size with 3 twin bedrooms & 2 good size bathrooms with showers . Kitchen was ok , no oven which was strange for self catering. Quite old fashioned decor/furniture & in need of some updating but we would stay again for location !

What a great apartment on the promenade across from the beach. Spotlessly clean and supplied with everything you could need - even deck chairs and brollies for the beach. Arrangements and communication with hosts was perfect.

Stunning Location

Apartment is spacious, well equipped and in a stunning location overlooking Levante beach . We thoroughly enjoyed our New Year break which was made even better by the beautiful weather. Wonderful Views and location

We were greeted by Sharon from the taxi, who showed us the apartment. first impression were spacious, clean, well presented. The view were amazing. Filled out the paper work then the holiday had begun. Supermarket very close by, bar, restaurants and entertainment close by but far enough away so wasn't desturbed at night.

5th floor Beach front apartment

Fitted our requirements perfectly (Five 50+ men); would equally suit couples. All amenities provided incl. washing machine & dish washer. Water boiler needed time to re-heat after 2 or 3 showers, but our Host, Alistair, advised of this, and so no problem. Great location for nightlife; and for a walk, along the front, to the Old Town. Just a few metres to the beach after taking the lift to the ground floor. A large front balcony provides unobstructed sea views. Apartment was clean and tidy; beds comfortable - linen provided; plenty of towels; good wardrobe & drawer space; Furniture typical of an Apartment for this value. Rear shower screens need a little TLC. Our Host, Alistair, was friendly and informative, and always available to deal with any queries. All-in-all no complaints and well worth another visit.

Great location!

We booked a stay for 4 days at the end of February for five of us. Arrived in the evening and were met by the manager of the property - Ali. He was very helpful and advised us about all the essentials that we would need to know during our stay. The apartment was a perfect size for us and reflected the description in HomeAway. It is based in the centre of Benidorm overlooking Levante beach, and the views and scenery from the balcony (located in living room) and from a couple of the bedrooms, were fabulous. The location of the apartment, on the 5th floor (there is a lift), also meant we were above or at the same height as the palm trees! The weather was lovely whilst we were there, although quite windy at times. It was also very quiet in the evenings - no noise from neighbouring apartments or from outside (can't say this would be the case in the height of the summer season though - but Feb to March, it was ideal). I guess we had the best of both worlds - peace and quiet and bars and clubs nearby. Bus stops were a couple of hundred yards away on the main road and we were able to travel to the local market in Albir on one of the days, visit El Cisne and travel up into the mountains to Guadalest another day. If there was any criticism of this apartment it would be to say that it was quite 'tired' looking - needed updating, new decor and furniture etc. However, it suited us as we were out and about a lot of the time. We knew we could contact Ali at any time if we needed to - he even printed out our return boarding passes, to save us the hassle! We would stay here again as the location was excellent.

This is a great apartment with a lovely view. The guy comes to meet you to let you in and show you around. The apartment has everything you will need for your stay including hairdryer, iron, sunloungers etc. It’s on floor 5 so not too high up. Would definitely stay again.

First of all I would like to say a big thank you to Alistair Field for his kindness and professionalism. Not only did he meet us promptly at this apartment he took the time to show us around it and explain every thing we needed to know. The view was amazing, the apartment was very clean and contained everything we needed for the duration of our stay. The location was central to every where in Benidorm next to the beach not far from all the bars, near the new town and not too far from the old town. We stayed in this apartment for 2+ months. Good location. Great view of beach and sea. Large living area and comfortable seating. Kitchen well equipped with good sized fridge freezer. Bedrooms had roomy wardrobes, beds were comfortable.too, Plenty of bedding and towels provided. Apartment was very clean. Decor a bit tired but no problem - the spaciousness of the whole apartment and the view were worth it. Alistair and Sharon were on hand for any questions and really helpful. We have stayed at their apartments in the past and will continue to do so. Excellent service as usual. Thank you Alistair for your assistance with transport too.

Would be very hard to find a better location in Benidorm for the price and quality.

We arrived late at night in a howling gale.Had'nt a clue how to find the apartment which obviously had a Spanish address.We phoned Alistair,the owner and he actually borrowed a large umbrella from the shop next door and ran out to meet us!Alistair and his wife could not have been more helpful during our stay.Any slight problems we had, i.e.the cooker,TV, internet etc,were sorted out and if we needed anything at all they were only a phone call away and ever willing to help.This is a first class apartment, enhanced by the care and consideration of it's owners.Highly recommended.K.Elvey.
