Hotel was located very well, if you wish to stay in Levante area. Everything nearby. Reception staff and housekeeping was friendly. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was not suberb, but ok. Room was ok, hoped to be a little big bigger.

False advertisement as this hotel should only get 2 stars, no air conditioning, lifts didn’t work, bathroom had bear concrete walls and was filthy, check out was appalling and ended up just leaving keys on the counter, food was very basic, room was too basic, even had to pay to use the safe. The door was so badly fitted the light from the hall light up the room in the night, so much for fire doors!!. Only one lift worked and wait time was about 15 minutes for the lift that worked which only took 3 people at a time, being on the 6th floor this had a massive impact on my holiday. Also I wasn’t told there was renovations going on and at 8:15am the work started and was very intrusive. So overall a crap hotel and bad service from ebookers recommending this hotel as a 4.5*
