Casa Libra is a substantial detached villa on a very large plot of 1600m2. It is located in a quiet location with wonderful views. Known as "Buena Vista"

Just a few minutes drive from several beaches and coves, offering restaurants and evening entertainment

Entering via electric gates to a long driveway providing ample parking for at least 6 cars.

Four steps leading up to the main door that opens into a spacious bright hallway you will find the first ensuite to the right..

Moving from the hallway there is the 2nd ensuite on the left. From the Hallway, the sweeping staircase leads to the 1st floor up to a large landing which used as an open office, three are 3 kingsize bedrooms and a separate bathroom, Bath, WC, shower cubical, storage cabinet and towel rails.
Bedroom 4 with its amazing view, opens onto a large terrace with a small table and lounger and chairs. From the terrace, a sweeping external staircase lead down to the pool terrace and a selection of seatings and shaded areas.

The second floor is reached via an external spiral staircase from the terrace, there you'll find a large sun terrace with 360 degree views and the entrance to a beautiful large room with two single beds, and a Zebed and portable AirCon.

Continue from the hall to a very large kitchen, you will be pleased to find an abundance of mod cons, BBQ utensils, and safety plates and glasses to use outdoors. There is ample cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils. It comes with blender, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, gas hob, oven and fridge freezer.

There is also a granite breakfast bar, stools. A separate utility room which offers more storage, an extra fridge for drinks, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

You exit through patio doors into a large Naya to be greeted with the Swimming Pool,11 x 6 metre . Our motto is "Who is the first to jump in" Depending on the time of year visit. you could feast yourself on grapes, oranges, apricots, figs, olives and pomegranate. There are array of flowers grown in the garden.

There is a very large reception room with a feature fireplace and a huge TV offering Spanish, German and British Sky TV. Bluetooth Music Tower, 12 seater dining table and Chairs, Floor and table lamps and Wall paintings and Silk planters.

There is top of the range gas barbecue, 12 seater dinning table and chair a Solar Shower to wash off the excess tanning lotion before dipping in the pool.

The villa benefits from gas central heating, air conditioning throughout, double glazed windows with insect screens and manual security shutters operated internally.

There is plenty of outside space both around the pool and in the garden where there are both Games areas and many quiet areas and a suspended double bed for extra relaxation. The pool benefits from sun from dawn to dusk. The size of the plot means that noise from neighbouring properties is unlikely to affect your enjoyment, and neither should you affect theirs.


Pepe La Sal, supermarket is only 3 mins drive. Head inland and you can quickly find some lovely restaurants.

Casa Libra is situated just on the outskirts of Moraira in the peaceful area known locally as Bena-Vista, a beautiful part of the Northern Costa Blanca. It is just 5 minutes drive from Moraira town and literally 1000 mtrs. from the beach. The local towns of Javea, Denia and Calpe are only a short drive away along very picturesque roads.

Benissa Coast is perfectly place to enjoy the whole area 10 mins drive and it has a good array of shops and supermarket, banks, Fridays market.
Moraira is 5 minutes drive away, here you will find everything you will need, and lots of place to eat.
Beaches- depending on what you like, fantastic sandy beach in Moraira, there you will find aqua bouncy castles and Pedalos snorkelling, Canoes, kayaks, beautiful coves. There is a different location for every day, so many places to choose from.

If you want to enjoy the surroundings, there is breath taking walk along the cost from Moraira to Calp, You will have some of your best views of rock coves and there is an abundance of wildlife and nature to see along the way.
Or you can climb the Iconic rock at Calpe, wear sensible shoes
Highly recommended . Take a trip to Algar Waterfalls cascading down the rocks into natural pool, the entire area is nature reserve.

Why we Choose Casa Libra
We had holidayed in the area with the family for many years and decided that we would like to own a property in Spain. Knowing the area so well we felt that it would be very difficult to find a more perfect area than Moraira as it has pretty much everything to offer for pretty much anybody. We wanted to find a large villa that allowed us to have the perfect family holidays and to also be able to invite friends and family to stay with us too while we holiday.

The most important thing we wanted was to find a villa that allowed us all to be together during the stay without someone being "tucked" away from the rest of the family, while cooking or in the pool for example, and having 8 children and 6 grand children.

it was also important to be able to keep any eye on the children. We viewed many properties over 20 properties in a week but as soon as we saw Casa Libra we knew immediately that this was our perfect holiday villa - it ticked all the boxes and we are ecstatic about our Villa. Casa Libra also enjoys good privacy even though we are other homes in the area.
