Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Bénodet, this charming apartment with sea view, at less than 100 meters of the beach, with swimming pool within the residence, of a surface of 59 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 18 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a balcony. We are waiting for you !

The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 18 m² with TV, Wifi included, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2 : bunk beds.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- An outdoor swimming pool of 8×4m , heated, open from April to September. Access is through a secure gate and is reserved for occupants of the residence, with a bracelet that you will find in the apartment. The opening and closing dates are subject to weather conditions.
- A garden in co-ownership.
- A private balcony of about 7 m², facing South West and enjoying a beautiful sea view, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort : washing machine, fan, iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. The exit of the residence is less than 50 m from the beach. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market on Monday (in front of the residence)...

At the mouth of "the prettiest river in France", the bay and its large beach await you. You can enjoy active vacations or the gentle way of life of a seaside resort of the Breton Riviera, which has obtained the much coveted classification of "tourist resort".
17 km from Quimper, City of Art and History, the capital of King Gradlon, its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1500 m of walls. The neighboring towns, within a radius of 25 km, evoke a very rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled city, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the first French fishing port.
Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its lagoon with turquoise waters.
At the end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, beaten by the west winds and the big swells of the sea.

- Nearest train station: Quimper train station located at 17 km (23 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Quimper Bretagne airport located at about 20 minutes by car.
- Bus: bus stop to get to Quimper.

- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are not contractual.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.

- The cleaning is to be done by you. You can take it in option at the rate of 50€ with our provider on the spot.
