The studio is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant setting overlooking wooded parkland and not overlooked. All shops, restaurants, cinema, casino and thalasso are just 30 m away, in a lively seaside resort all year round. Fishmongers in the harbor, grocery store in the center and weekly markets nearby.
