Gorgeous Waterfront Paw Paw See nach Hause mit 155 ft. Sandstrand und Dock

Dieses große, komplett eingerichtete, komfortable Haus befindet sich an der 155 m langen sandigen Paw Paw Lake Front mit einem privaten 82 "Holzpier mit einer Anlegestelle für die Boote des Mieters, Jetskis und einem tollen Pierfischen. Der Strand ist sandig und hat kein Seegras. Paw Paw Lake ist ein 900-Morgen-Binnensee und mit 13 Meilen von malerischen Küstenlinie zu erkunden, in Watervliet, Michigan. Paw Paw See ist eines der besten Binnenseen in Southwest Michigan. Es ist voll Freizeit, darunter hervorragende Fischerei, Energie und Segel Bootfahren, Wasserski und Jet-Ski. Ohne eine Ufermauer zu benötigen, ist der Strandbereich sehr benutzerfreundlich, besonders für Kinder, da der Abstieg des sandigen Bereichs allmählich erfolgt. Boot, auch Jet-Ski, Kajak und Paddelvorstand Mieter von lokalen Geschäften / Yachthäfen.

Das Haus ist groß und gemütlich mit 5 Schlafzimmern für 11 Personen. Es gibt auch eine fertige 3. Etage (gegen Aufpreis) mit 2 weiteren Schlafzimmern, um weitere 6 für insgesamt 17 zu schlafen, falls erforderlich. Es gibt ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit einem Steinkamin, bequemen Denim-Sofas und einem 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und einem Blu-ray-DVD-Player. Der Speisesaal hat einen großen Bauerntisch und die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Vom Haus bietet das weite Grundstück einen herrlichen Blick auf das Wasser und zwei große Erkerfenster; eine vor dem Esstisch und eine weitere, die das gesamte Wohnzimmer überspannt und einen Panoramablick auf den Paw Paw Lake bietet. Der Hinterhof hat eine schöne umlaufende Terrasse. Es ist sehr groß und mit einem Picknicktisch, Weber Grill und Liegestühlen. Das Deck ist ein idealer Lebensraum im Freien. Es gibt auch eine abgeschirmte Veranda und eine Feuerstelle für S'mores. Wir stellen Ihnen sogar ein Aluminiumboot mit Rudern zur Verfügung. Es gibt auch eine Schaukel im Hof, sowie Spielzeug für Kinder und Cornhole für die Familie. Das Haus hat überall Parkettböden.

Das Haus bietet alles, außer Ihre Kleidung und Zahnbürste einschließlich KitchenAid Gasherd und Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine, zwei Kühlschränke, extra Gefrierschrank, Geschirr, Besteck und ein Keller mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es gibt digitales Comcast Kabel und WLAN inklusive. Wir bieten alle Handtücher und Bettwäsche und sogar Toilettenpapier.

Im Sommer ist das Haus vermietet von Freitag bis Freitag. Check-in ist um 5:00 Uhr, der Check-out ist um 10:00 Uhr. Es ist im Herbst, Winter und Frühling für kürzere Wochenenden und längerfristige Vermietung verfügbar. Im Herbst genießen die Menschen Wochenenden mit Apfel- und Kürbissammeln in nahegelegenen Obstgärten sowie Weinverkostungen in den umliegenden Weinbergen.

Das Haus verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer und kann 11 auf den wichtigsten 2 Etagen schlafen. Es gibt auch ein fertiges Dachgeschoss, das gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr zur Verfügung steht. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, die bis zu 6 Personen Platz bieten, insgesamt 17. Die Auffahrt passt für 6 Autos.

Amazing Family Time

This is our second time staying at the property and we will definitely be back! Enough space for four families comfortably, large gathering space on the family, an absolutely adorable third floor space for the kiddos with six beds for a minor additional fee. The view is unmatched and the fun on the lake only added to the wonderful accommodations.

Perfect place for family getaway

We love returning to this lake house with our family. It has plenty of space, perfect lakefront access, dock to fish and a space to swim. The kids love it as much as the adults. Communication with the owner is so easy, and we have zero complaints!!! Five stars!

Home Away From Home!

We had an absolute great time staying at this home on Paw Paw Lake. The home is equipped with anything you could possibly need and more. Very spacious, open concept and large enough to accommodate large groups. We have created family memories here that we'll cherish for a lifetime. The location is serene yet close to anything you may desire - grocery, restaurants, golf course, etc.

Lovely lake house!

This house is great - lovely outdoor space, nice deck, good lake access. Plenty of space for a good sized group, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Nice fireplace, well-stocked kitchen, and great lake views from the huge window in the living room. We'll be back!

Great Stay!

Great place for a long weekend for myself and 9 others. It felt like we had privacy, and it was nice to spread out. There are 45 or so stairs between the beach and house, which I missed in the listing. However, that is really the only negative and it’s not really a big one. The host was great and had a great setup for guests!

Girls' Getaway

There were 7 of us. We rented this house for a long weekend to celebrate our 60th birthdays. Had a wonderful time and created lasting memories! The house and location were great. We made good use of the well-stocked kitchen, back deck and fire pit. Beds were comfortable!! Lori, the property manager, has a wealth of information and provided great recommendations on restaurants, wineries, and boat rental.

Wonderful Lake home

A wonderful stay with my children, their spouses, and my grandchildren. The house has a lot of room to spread out. At check-in we were met by Lori who went through everything in the house and explained how to work things. Very well equipped with all supplies and towels-only need to bring your food! Paw Paw lake is a great area to stay. Beautiful views of the lake from the house and the deck. Nice beach-there are quite a few stairs from the house to the beach, but we all managed. Great family get away!

Thanks Lynn for another great stay. The Paw Paw Lake home is very large, clean and accommodated all 12 of us comfortably. Everything for a large group is provided and your recent upgrades are appreciated. The deck and sandy beach front was enjoyed by everyone. An absolute gem

To say our stay at Lynn’s was perfect would be an understatement. Booking was a breeze. Lynn and Lori answered all of our questions in a timely and detailed fashion. They provided a guide to the area and were just so kind in every interaction. The house was immaculate. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked. Each time we went to see if they had an appliance or kitchen item sure enough it was there. The kids had an absolutely blast with all the beach toys provided. There was plenty of room for our five families, and the kiddos loved the grounds. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Lynn and Lori.

Great guys weekend. Fantastic property!

Everyone in our group thought this house was a quintessential lake house on a great lot and in a very convenient location. Very clean and spacious home and beautiful views from the deck, or hanging out on the pier. We rented a boat (Runyon Boat Rentals) and that was a plus as the lake is great. If you are interested in fishing, we caught enough perch for appetizers for 7 guys, not to mention some bluegill and bass which we did not keep. Plenty of room in the house for hanging out, playing games, etc. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen or on grill, and ate in the dining are with views of lake or on the deck. Owners are very response and made the entire process enjoyable. Lastly, a great location near a few restaurants, grocery, drug stores, etc. Highly recommend this property!

Great House for Four Generations of Family

This is a great property, very clean, lots of space and fabulous views! This was a Girl's Trip, first of many I hope, our oldest is 84, and our youngest,l 3 months shy of 2. There was plenty of bedrooms and it was very comfortable. The house has everything you could possibly need. It's also close to so much, St Joseph was a favorite, but also went to Saugatuck, Coloma, and took a ride to Blinkers Diner for a really good breakfast. The little place in town, Watervliet, also had a really good breakfast and a Brewery with several good beers. There were 9 of us, and we all said we would stay here again. The host and her sister, who checked us in, were wonderful communicators. Could reach them anytime and they answered several questions before our stay. You can't go wrong renting this beautiful home on the lake.

Wonderful Family Gathering

We lost our family cottage of 40 years last October. I did not want to lose the closeness a family cottage brings so I rented. The description of this cottage lead me to chose it but I was floored when I arrived and experienced it. A 1920s oversized gorgeous home with a million dollar view! My two sons, their wives and little children, my husband and myself settled in comfortably. There were little hideaway spots to read a magazine, sip some tea or have a chat with someone you love. The beach was perfect for the children and we rented a boat from a local on the lake to make for an all-around picturesque week. Lynn and sister Lori were so helpful and they made the arrival and departure easy peasy.

Amazing Home! Best view on the entire lake.

Lynn’s lakehouse was easily the best home rental we’ve had the pleasure of staying at. Lynn and her sister Lori (who checks you in) were fantastic, incredibly kind and very responsive, thank you! Anyone looking to rent a lakehouse on Paw Paw Lake, look no farther, this is the home you want to stay at, you won’t be disappointed. The home is perfect. Great location, absolutely amazing view, through their massive windows overlooking the lake from the bluff/hill top. The home was perfect for our group. Fully stocked with everything you could imagine, they have it all. I won’t even try to list all the positives, everything was top notch. It made for a very easy, stress free weekend. If we are ever in the area again, no questions asked, we will look to rent from Lynn again. Thanks again Lynn, we loved our stay.

We Loved This Waterfront Paw Paw Lake Home!

Our family of 11--parents, children, and grandchildren-- had a wonderful weekend at Paw Paw Lake. Lori was very welcoming and helpful in orienting us to the house and its many features and charms. The home, its many amenities, and its location suited everyone's needs. We appreciated that the family room and dining room could easily accommodate all of us and we were thrilled with the abundant bath towels, beach towels, kitchen supplies, and beach toys. The very gentle slope into the lake and the narrow sandy beach was perfect for our grandchildren ages 1, 3, and 6, The setting and site of this home is lovely, with spectacular views of the lake from a large deck with chairs for everyone. We did some paddling and driving around the lake and came away thinking we stayed at the best place/spot on the lake. Thank YOU! We hope to return in 2020!

Huge Success

My family decided it was time we had our first annual family lake vacation and started looking for a house on Paw Paw Lake since it was half way between Wisconsin and Indianapolis....we were so lucky to find this fabulous home. Right from the beginning, we had a great experience. Lori was so good about answering all of my questions and when we arrived she walked us through the house and showed us the whole layout. Lori was helpful with every aspect of our trip. The house was a perfect size for our family. Everyone loved that we could hang with the little ones on the beach, look at the beautiful views of the lake from the huge deck and then be able to hang out at the large fire pit to roast marshmallows. We were so impressed that the owner had everything we needed from beach towels to pots and pans in their fully stocked kitchen. We all felt like we were in our own home. Thank you and we hope to be back next year!

Wonderful home, beautiful lake, attentive caretaker

Our family really enjoyed your home, thank you for sharing it with us. This was a family weekend that will forever be etched in our hearts and your beautiful home was a part of that. The home was very comfortable and had plenty room for the 11 of us. We even had a day family reunion of about 40. Lori was very helpful from answering pre-questions promptly, touring the home, providing restaurant recommendations and quickly responding to any questions during our stay. Our deposit was refunded within hours of leaving the house on the last day. The house is stocked with almost anything you need even a local bottle of wine and firewood for the beautiful fireplace. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone that wants to spend time on beautiful lake pawpaw while enjoying all the comforts of home. Thank you again, for sharing your special home with us. Wonderful Location on Paw Paw Lake

I grew up in the area but have spent the last 50 years on the prairie of Nebraska. When this property became unexpectedly available it was an opportunity return and enjoy the area, friends and family. This house and property are wonderful. Everything was as stated in the description. Everything was clean. The house is set up with everything you need from potato peeler to towels. There is a large deck overlooking the lake where one spends most of their time. The beach is clean with a sand bottom lake. The dock is perfect for tying up a boat. Lorie the manager, who is second to none, put us in contact with someone who would rent of their pontoon boat, which we had for a couple of days. As stated earlier, I can't praise Lori enough. A couple of unexpected touches were the bottle of wine from a local winery, Tabor Hill, and a supply of wood for the fire pit. This place is top shelf.
