This gorgeous two-bedroom home is situated in the coastal fishing town
of Velddrif, Cape Town which is located on the estuary where the Berg
River flows into St. Helena Bay. Comfortably accommodating up to four
guests, this home has the perfect balance of luxury and coastal
living.
Step inside and be mesmerised by a beautiful open plan living space
featuring modern furniture, décor and beautiful high-rise ceilings with
exposed beams creating a feeling of spaciousness. The cozy lounge with
a fireplace invites you to snuggle up and relax on plush seating while
enjoying the tranquillity of your surroundings. The dining area
provides an intimate dining table with seating for up to six where all
your favourite meals and drinks may be enjoyed. A fully equipped
kitchen caters to all your culinary needs and features a scullery area
including a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience. From
the scullery area, there is a door leading out to an outside space to
hang up washing. The double garage and driveway provide sufficient
space for parking during your stay. Alongside the house, you will find
an outdoor braai area with an undercover deck area with seating,
perfect for entertaining. The back of the house presents a beautiful
garden with pebble walkways and green shrubbery.
Upstairs from the living area is a loft with a dedicated workspace,
comfy seating and a sun/day bed to relax on. The beautifully appointed
bedrooms provide a serene space for a peaceful nightâs sleep. The first
bedroom features two three-quarter beds, soft bedside lighting and
makes use of a shared bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin with
vanity. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed with an en-suite
bathroom including a shower, bath, toilet and basin with vanity. Double
glass doors open onto the back garden from the second bedroom, allowing
an abundance of natural light and fresh air to fill the space.
Velddrif offers a variety of nearby attractions including river cruises
on the Berg River, the SA Fisheries Museum, Rocherpan Nature Reserve,
local art displays, beaches, water sports and local dining spots known
for their fresh seafood. With so much to do, your stay is guaranteed to
be an unforgettable getaway.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the ownerâs/managementâs discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
