🚗 On-Site Details & Rules



Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles — please do not park on the street 🚘

Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM 🌙

3 bikes available in the shed for guest use (used at your own risk; helmets not provided) 🚲

Please do not climb or sit on wire railings

Leave front patio cushions upright after use to allow proper drainage

🔥 Fire Pit Guidelines (Ocean Pines HOA)



Only dry seasoned hardwood or charcoal may be burned (do not burn pine)

Firewood is available at local stores such as Walmart or Home Depot

Fill fire pit no more than 70% full

Flames must remain under 2 feet high and 3 feet wide

Accelerants (lighter fluid, gasoline) are prohibited

A fire extinguisher is located in the shed; a hose is next to the back steps — keep one nearby

An adult must be present at all times

Do not burn plastic, rubber, treated wood, trash, leaves, or grass

Do not use the fire pit when winds exceed 15 mph

We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay.



🍽️ Kitchen Kit:

- 1 roll of paper towels

- 2 small trash bags

- 2 large trash bags

- Dish soap

- 2 dishwasher pods

- 2 laundry pods

- 1 sponge

- 2 dish towels



🚿 Full Bathroom Kit:

- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

- Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap



🛏️ Linens & Towels:

- Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter

- Sheets for sofa beds are provided and left in the room with the couch (not provided for trundles or rollaway beds)

- Each guest receives 1 towel set (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth)

- A washer and dryer are available for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay
