Welcome to "A Wave from it All" in Berrara, a charming holiday rental that offers a relaxing and comfortable retreat for up to six guests. This spacious accommodation features three bedrooms and one bathroom, ensuring ample space and privacy for everyone.

Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (please contact our office to organise laundry services)
- Aircon and Wi-Fi are available
- Strictly no Pets allowed
- No smoking inside the house
- No garage access
- Firewood is not supplied

Inside:
As you enter the house, you'll find yourself in a cozy lounge room, where you can unwind. To the right of the lounge room, you'll discover the first and second bedrooms, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for a good night's rest.

Continuing down the hallway, on the left there is access into the front veranda, and to the right access into the backyard. Further down, you’ll come across the bathroom to the right, equipped with all the essentials for your convenience. Further ahead, an open plan kitchen and dining area awaits, creating a perfect space for shared meals and quality time with loved ones. Adjacent to the dining room, there is the third bedroom, offering additional sleeping options.

Outside:
One of the highlights of this holiday rental is its outdoor spaces. Past the dining room, you can access the backyard, where you'll find a large fire pit and seating area. It's an ideal spot for gathering around a crackling fire and enjoying evenings under the stars. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Both the front veranda and backyard feature outdoor furniture, providing comfortable seating options for relaxation and soaking up the natural surroundings. A BBQ is available, allowing you to prepare delicious meals and enjoy outdoor dining. The front veranda has a privacy screen on the left, providing a tranquil and secluded space to enjoy the fresh air.

For those looking for some physical activity, the backyard also includes a basketball hoop, perfect for friendly competitions and staying active during your stay.

To ensure your comfort, fans are supplied on the front veranda, while the first lounge room is equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, ducted air conditioning is available throughout the entire house, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate regardless of the weather. Wi-Fi is available, allowing you to stay connected and share your holiday memories with friends and family.

"A Wave from it All" in Berrara offers an incredibly convenient location, just a short stroll away from the pristine beaches. You can easily access the sandy shoreline, where you can sunbathe, swim, or take leisurely walks along the water's edge. The nearby rock pools provide a unique opportunity to explore fascinating marine life up close. Nature enthusiasts will delight in the proximity to bush walks, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of the surrounding coastal environment. These scenic trails offer a chance to connect with nature, breathe in the fresh air, and enjoy breathtaking views along the way.

Disclosure- there are outside security cameras but they will be turned off when guests are staying.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
