The accommodation comprises
- 45 m² air-conditioned living room with sofas, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1 and 2 : queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A private swimming pool (7mx3.50m), unheated and secured by an electric roller shutter, open from May to October. Pool opening dates are non-contractual.
- A lovely, private, fenced garden of 1,500 m².
- A 14m² terrace, fully covered, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Berrias-et-Casteljau, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (3/4 vehicles available).
A car is required to access the accommodation and fully enjoy the region.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
- All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual.
