THE ATMOSPHERE

ALMA is located in a lovely joint ownership building which once served as stables in a beautiful luxurious house. Recently renovated in a contemporary style, it kept its old charm with the wooden beams and high ceilings. It can welcome up to 6 travellers in the utmost comfort. And as a bonus? A terrace allows you to gaze at the ocean and fully enjoy the outdoors.


THE APARTMENT

When you enter the apartment you are directly in front of a wooden stairs leading to the main living areas. Once upstairs you can find on your right the living room with open-plan kitchen, and on your left two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The main living area is bright and features ocean views! The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV, a nice wooden library and a dining table with leather restaurant seats. The open kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to cook a feast while on vacation. Upstairs, there is a comfortable TV room with sofa and flat screen TV, a double bedroom, bathroom and furnished terrace.


THE BEDROOMS

ALMA features 3 double bedrooms. Two of them are located on the same floor as the main living room and feature both an ocean view and clever storage areas. They share common closets in the hallway and a bathroom with Italian shower and WC. The third bedroom is located on the upper floor and is equipped with a double bed and small closet. A second bathroom is available next to the bedroom and offers an Italian shower and WC.


HOW CONVENIENT

You can use the private garage right below the apartment and won’t ever have to worry about parking, regardless the season! (Width: 2,2m, height 1,8m, depth: 4,6m) The terrace gives you the opportunity to relax as well as rinse your wetsuits and bathing gear with a hose.


WHAT WE LOVE

The ocean views and the terrace of course! It’s hard not to feel on vacations at ALMA, the ocean is always there wherever you are in the apartment! This vacation rental in Biarritz has such a prime location - you can do everything within walking distance!


THE NEIGHBORHOOD

ALMA is located right in front of Côte des Basques for the enjoyment of the keen surfers! Go down walking or biking through the zigzags of the Côte des Basques to go swimming or surfing any time of the day! This vacation rental is located a minute away walking from one of the most important street in Biarritz, Rue Gambetta. You will find there many delicious restaurants, bars and shops. Five minutes away walking, you can reach the markets (Les Halles) where you can buy local groceries and enjoy the local Biarritz lifestyle.


CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS

Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-8PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 8pm, an extra fee will be applied:

From 8 pm to 10 pm - €50

From 10 pm to Midnight - €80

From Midnight to 6 am - €120

From 6am to 8am - 80€
