## THE ACCOMMODATION

Enjoy a comfortable flat with 2 large bedrooms.
From the entrance you have a large, bright and comfortable living room with a balcony overlooking a green area where children can play safely.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a successful stay, and especially for cooking your favourite dishes. Next to the kitchen is a loggia, where you can have dinner and enjoy the view of Biarritz.

On the night side, the flat offers a total of 2 bedrooms, all of them quiet and bright. The first master bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe.
The second bedroom offers a wardrobe to allow you to free up your luggage with two single beds (90x190cm). It is possible to group the two beds to obtain a queen size bed (160x190cm) in this room.

The flat also has a parking space, so you can park at any time of the day.
In order not to disturb the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, the condominium does not allow youth groups. Please also note that the maximum occupancy of adults is 4 persons.

## EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally between 4 pm and 8 pm, although later arrivals are possible on request and at an additional cost.
For arrival between 8 pm and 10 pm: €35.
For arrivals between 10 pm and midnight: €65.
For arrivals after midnight: €100.
