From the very first step inside, there’s a feeling of warmth, space, and character. As you come through, we have a lovely utility space that leads into the cinema room (a guest favourite!) complete with a large screen for those unforgettable movie nights together as a group!

Step through into the main living areas and discover a thoughtfully designed flow of spaces, from the fully equipped kitchen at the centre of the home to the large dining room seating 8. The snug offers a peaceful corner for reading or relaxing, while the spacious living room invites long evenings of conversation or games by the fire.

Tucked away at the far end of the house is the games room which is a true retreat for all ages, with a full-size pool table and a cosy atmosphere that makes it hard to leave.

Upstairs, you’ll find five individually styled bedrooms, designed with comfort in mind. The master bedroom includes a private ensuite and study area, making it ideal for remote working or a quiet moment away from the group. The second bedroom also has a private ensuite and a family bathroom with a shower serves the other double bedrooms, ensuring convenience for all.

Please note:
We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £4.70 fee for UK cards or £9.00 for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
