Welcome to Linaker, an AvantStay home!

This luxurious mountain retreat is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in the exclusive Castle Glen Estate region of Big Bear. The retreat emphasizes mountain living at its finest and is the perfect family/friends getaway throughout the year. The owners spared no expense in designing this impressive open-style lodge encompassing over 3500 feet of living space. The lodge boasts a very large central family great room complete with vaulted ceilings, relaxing sofas, a 60” smart TV, and an oversized dining table easily accommodating 8 guests. There is a newly renovated oversized gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and modern stainless steel appliances catering to any kitchen enthusiast. An additional entertainment room with a log cabin style bar, regulation-sized pool table, and another 60” smart TV only adds to the functionality. There are four bedrooms including a wonderful master suite with a fireplace, soaking tub, and large screen plasma TV. Two additional bedrooms with queen size beds as well as a fourth bedroom complete with two combination twin/full log cabin style bunk beds make this home the ultimate escape for multiple families and friends to share.

Just minutes away from all activities including the ski slopes, Big Bear Lake, hiking, fishing, golfing, the Big Bear zoo, and countless other activities. The home is close to the nearby central shopping center including a Starbucks, Vons and a number of restaurants. The newly renovated Big Bear Village with movie theaters and gourmet restaurants is just minutes away.

Only about 100 miles northeast of Los Angeles, Big Bear Lake is a beautiful and convenient break from the hustle and bustle of the city. This nature lover’s paradise provides endless year-round activities. In the winter, Big Bear Lake offers skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and tubing. In the summer, visitors love to play water sports, horseback rides, golf, hike, and mountain bike. Head to Big Bear when you need a healthy dose of fresh air, exercise, and rejuvenation.

- Guests are responsible for disposing trash at local dumpsite in accordance with City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on property
- AvantStay plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door. We provide shovels for guests to use should they wish to clear paths on any other part of the property.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. Great stay at the Linker Lodge

We had a great stay at the Linker Lodge this past week. House is well laid our for a large family to enjoy. Close to the slopes and shopping. Everything was clean and prepared for our arrival. We really appreciated having both bays in the 2-car garage available for parking.

Wonderful cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin! It had everything we needed (except for Tupperware/ foil/ cling wrap - bring your own). Also, the power went out in the city on our first night and they only had two extra blankets in the whole house. Besides that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent the cabin again.

We were 11 family members in Big Bear to attend a wedding - the house afforded enough room for us all to be together when we wanted to be and to be able to have some solitude when we wanted. Would definitely stay here again.

Not cleaned

The house was very nice and big but for the cleaning fee that they charged I expected a clean house. There was spider webs everywhere and there was ants in living room and kitchen the showers glass doors were dirty the oven it's all greasy the floors were not moped and there was hair in the master bed under sheets I was very disappointed with that, the first day there was all cleaning I didn't enjoy the stay..

Me and the family really enjoyed our stay at the linaker house. The house felt very clean and smelt great when we arrived! It was also very equipped with the essentials, from kitchen gadgets to snow sled! The kids enjoyed themselves in the game room, while the adults were able to chill in the living room/kitchen. Everyone expressed how amazing this place was and we all can’t wait to be back next winter!

Home Away from Home

It is the 3rd year that my family and I have stayed at this property specifically. This property is our home away from home. Some features of the property has changed since our last visit, however we were not unsatisfied.This is still enough space and things to do for the entire family. Horrible

Multiple health and safety issues. Property was very dirty from carpet to furniture to clogged air filter. Stagnant water in pitcher under kitchen sink from leak. Loose handrails, chairs, broken blinds, front step. Pool cues and rack broken. I had to have a family member fix the kitchen faucet which broke while water was running and remove the air filter. Many other things. Would not ever rent from Wowrentals again, this company that does not maintain their rentals for health and safety concerns and then does not communicate after several attempts from me.

Amazing Cabin at Big Bear!

Beautiful spacious home with wonderful kitchen and huge dining table for large groups. The game room was a hit with the kids! Around the corner from Snow Summit where we spent a day mountain biking and the marina where we Rented kayaks and paddle boards. Loved the neighborhood!

We had a perfect weekend at this cabin. It was bigger than I expected based on the photos provided. It was clean & an ideal location, close to the village but far enough to feel like a quiet getaway. My family & i would definitely stay here again.

Nice weekend

Everything was good,clean, and the location worked well. Managers were great and process was easy. The only reason I have 4 instead of 5 stars was that on the first night there were guests staying at houses on both sides of the house that were very noisy until well past 2 am which made sleeping very difficult. I know that’s not the owners fault.
