The Big Bear Farmhouse is surrounded by over 200 towering pine and cypress trees on a large, 1-acre private lot. The beautifully restored 1920’s Craftsman farmhouse maintains its charm and history with the original hardwood floors, woodwork and casement windows, yet features luxurious upgrades and modern appliances. This home is ideally situated in the heart of Big Bear Lake, just minutes to all-season recreation and entertainment, including Big Bear Lake Pine Knot Marina (.8 miles), 2 world class ski resorts (Snow Summit 1.3 miles; Bear Mountain 3 miles), the Village Shops & Restaurants (.8 miles), and so much more.

The Main Level:
The main living room offers ample comfortable lounge seating on plush leather furniture fixed before the wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen Smart TV with cable. Through the formal dining room, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, featuring high-end stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse kitchen sink, and ample cooking supplies. You can enjoy family meals together at either the formal dining table, which can seat 10, or the more casual 6-person kitchen table. Off to the dining room, there is a bright and airy sunroom with a reading nook and chess table. There are also two full bathrooms on the main level.

The Bedrooms:
This home offers 5 bedrooms (2 downstairs and 3 upstairs) with plush mattresses, premium linens, and comfortable bedding.

-Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom is located on the main level and features a flat-screen Smart Samsung TV, a ceiling fan, and a CA king-sized bed with an attached ensuite bathroom and shower with direct private access to the back yard deck and heated spa.

-2nd Bedroom:
The second bedroom, also located on the main level, has a ceiling fan, a flat-screen Smart Samsung TV, and a California king-sized bed. The bedroom utilizes a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

-3rd Bedroom:
The third bedroom, located on the second floor, features a ceiling fan, a portable air conditioning unit, a smart Samsung TV, and a California king-sized bed.

4th and 5th Bedrooms:
Children in your group will have a blast in the other two upstairs bunk bedrooms made especially for them! The boys’ room features a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and the girls’ room boasts a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin-sized trundle bed.

-Upstairs Bathrooms:
Upstairs, there is a shared hallway bathroom with a shower and another hallway bathroom with a luxurious clawfoot bathtub, which also houses the washer and dryer.

The 1 Acre Private Yard:
The exterior space is an outdoor lover's paradise, offering comfortable patio seating, a gas grill, a ping pong table, and a private hot tub to keep you comfortable and entertained. There's even a private sledding hill in the backyard. We even provide the sleds! For more entertainment, shoot some hoops outside on the basketball hoop, play ping pong, volleyball, badminton, or a game of horseshoes, and enjoy some quality time with your family and friends.

The Private Detached Game Room:
Separate from the main home is a historic fishing cabin, which was recently converted into a brand new game room. The 400+ square foot game room features comfortable seating, a 65" flat screen Smart TV with cable, a pool table, dart board, a pot belly stove (heater), a foosball table, and a Street Fighter II arcade console. Additionally, you will find lots of DVD's, kid's toys, and board games to keep you and your guests entertained.
