𝗢𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆
Per City of Big Bear Lake regulations, this home is approved for a maximum of 20 adults. Additional occupancy beyond 20 adults—up to a total of 28 guests—must be children under the age of 18. Over-occupancy is not permitted.
