Everything exceeded our expectations. Kim was very clear with communications and the instructions left in the "users manual" were detailed for every appliance, TV and even the bus schedule! Amenities were top notch and the kitchen and bathrooms well equipped. Great location if you don't have a car or folks are on different ski schedules. The shuttle to and from mountain and to Bozeman airport is steps away. We did our big shop in Bozeman and grabbed extras from Hungry Moose Market, conveniently located across the street. Great place to hang when snow is bad and temps are below freezing as we experienced one day on our visit. Would definitely return and recommend!

We had the BEST stay here! The little details matter when you are away from home and this house had it all! From the lovely welcome note to the snacks and hand warmers. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! (My husbands pet peeve of travel and he loved them). The house, bathrooms were very clean. Plenty of towels and toiletries. This is seriously the best place we’ve stayed in Big Sky so far! The location was also a perk. It is located in the heart of town. We loved every minute of our time there and will definitely be staying there in the future! In addition, the communication was 5 star as well. Everything was easy and the response time was very fast! We had a great time:) Thank you!

Big Sky Vacation - 2025

Location, Location, Location - fully equiped VRBO and turn key easy lodging. We had a large family vacation in Big Sky with a few of us staying at this VRBO for 8 nights including an awesome 4th of July weekend. We had a 5 minute or less walk to tons of excellent dining options - Hungry Moose, Alberto's, Thai Basil, Ousel and Spur, The Waypoint, Tips up, Tres Toros, Milkies, Big Sky Scoops and the Wilson Hotel Restaurant (Horn and Cantle) and more. In addition, we were a short drive to Riverhouse BBQ and others.It was a great location for our vacation that included an all day private adventure tour of Yellowstone (hour away), Rodeo at Lone Mountain Ranch (15 min away), Fly Fishing (10 min away), West Yellowstone Grizzly and Wolf Zoo (hour away), Museum of the Rockies (big dinosaur fossils - hour away at Montana State in Bozeman and white water rafting (30-45 minutes away). We had a spectacular time and I highly recommend for an awesome summer vacation.

This was the perfect place to ski Big Sky. This house had everything we needed to relax and cook after a big day of skiing. The 2 kings and queen beds were perfect for our adult family. The house was a short walk to the bus stop shuttle. Kim was the most amazing host and worked to meet our needs.

Cute house in town

We stayed in the house for a family ski trip at Big Sky this winter. The location was great for our group since we had a mix of people who skied and not. It is about a 15 minute drive to the base area but there are shuttles if you don't have a rental car. Our group that didn't ski liked that they could walk around the town easily and have access to stores and activities.Overall the property was clean and well organized. The kitchen was very well stocked and the owner was super thoughtful about what supplies might be needed in a ski/outdoor use house.Communication with the owner was some of the best I've ever had and overall the stay was great.One note if you are sensitive to sound- the house backs on to the 'main' road of town. Our group could hear snowplows and people walking around from the bedrooms. Our group wasn't really affected but good to know if you are someone who is.

Modern Mountain Home Nicely Equipped

Impressive mountain home with a towering stone fireplace and all of the high quality finishes you would expect to find in a Montana Mountain home. One of the closest homes to the local shuttle service and the new Big Sky town center. We enjoyed the restaurants just a short walk away and had everything we needed to cook breakfasts inside. From coffee makers to frying pans, and spices in the cabinet you’ll feel like you are at home. Lots of extras to entertain your entire family. And, really awesome communication from our host. Highly recommended and will definitely be booking again.

Road side stay

I would not rent this , the master bedroom and bedroom upstairs are both road side there are no curtains only light shades so you see the street lights and headlights and hear cars all night the beds are like boards. The fireplace is huge but has large rocks hopefully none ever falls off. The owner was very nice but there is no warning when u rent it that u won’t be able to sleep

Great Stay in Big Sky!

Great property located in the heart of Town Center. Loved being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops so easily. Kim is a great communicator and was easy to work with. The property came with lots of amenities that don't often come in a rental property (extra toiletries, trash bags, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, laundry detergent, etc.). Highly recommend.

Beautiful home in a great location!

Our family stayed in Kim’s beautiful home for our ski vacation. The home is located a very short walk to the bus stop and the bus took us right to the mountain base. Grocery and several restaurants are within a few blocks of the house. The house is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with 3 roomy bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee, oil, spices and a very nice basket of snacks that Kim left for us. The home was perfect - we had a wonderful vacation and would love to stay there again!
