Our condo's main level has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A third bedroom and full bath are located on the upper level.

For additional sleeping space, there are two sofa sleepers located in the unit as well. There is a large family room on the upper level of the unit with a desk, a large table, more seating, a tv, and a variety of books.

The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Utensils provided, along with pots, pans, bakeware, and dishes.

There is a fitness room next to the pool area.

Things to know:

There is a restaurant at the clubhouse on the property. The food is great!

There is no elevator for this unit and it is located on the second level. You will need to be able to walk up one set of stairs to access the unit.

There is no BBQ grill on site for public use.

Names of all guests staying in the unit will be required.

No animals or smoking allowed. If we discover that an animal or smoking has been present, you will be responsible for additional fees.
