Beautiful 3 Bedroom On The River!

Enjoy a relaxing stay at our beautiful home on the Cahaba River! With river views out of all the bedrooms, perfectly appointed furnishings and plenty of space to spread out, you are sure to have a great stay!

This spacious home features a beautifully updated kitchen with a cozy breakfast nook, perfect for morning coffee. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a large open dining and living area ideal for gathering and relaxing. Step outside onto the expansive deck that extends all the way to the river — the perfect spot to unwind on a cool fall evening or soak up the sunshine on a beautiful spring day.

Upstairs, the master suite offers a comfortable king bed and private en-suite bathroom. The twin guest room includes a TV and desk, great for kids to study or relax, while the queen bedroom provides plenty of space and comfort for a restful night’s sleep. The home also includes two additional bathrooms, a laundry area, and a garage for convenient parking.

Guest have private access to the entire house.

We are so glad to host you! Please be respectful of our property during your stay. No parties or events are allowed on premises.

There is ample parking in the parking lot behind the building and on the street in front of the building.

When the thermostat is on heat please do not exceed 68 and while thermostat is on cool please do not go lower than 72 degrees. Please give adequate time to cool or heat when you change the thermostat.

Towels are in each bathroom underneath the sink.

When you check out please strip your sheets and place all used towels in the laundry area. Remove any items you brought from the fridge. Put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Please take out the trash to the dumpster and be sure to lock up behind yourself.

We will charge you the full fine so if you plan to party, you should find somewhere else to stay.
If you break or damage furniture you will be charged for replacing it plus a $250 refurnishing fee
