Cosy home in a warm family friendly quiet peaceful area in Dudley, West Mids

This home currently has a long term lodger from september 2023. The lodger prefers to be called Chi originally from hong kong, Chi appears to enjoy the facilities that's provided here. Chi is a working professional and works Monday to Friday from 2pm till 10pm. Weekends he mainly enjoys his own company and goes out to various cities and towns. Chi is a nice friendly individual who mainly stays in his room when not using the kitchen facilities.

I am a bus driver and can work from as early as 11:35am and can finish as late as 12:37am into the next day. So from around 12:45pm onwards till 10:35pm Monday to Friday you will have peace but my wife will be around should you need to ask her questions. If you work from home this place would be ideal for you.

The windows are all fully double glazed and your room has also been thermally insulated with an air vent to make your room as comfortable as possible. The room is at the rear of the house so you will not be disturbed from road traffic noise either.

The double bedroom contains a under counter fridge, a microwave oven, electric kettle. Tea, coffee, milk, white or brown sugar, utensils, wall mounted 32 Inch smart TV with remote control, a table with chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, floor standing mirror and a bedside table with lamp. Also has USB charging points for your electronic devices.
