Property is undergoing renovation (which is fine!), but no care is being taken with it so you have to walk through absolute chaos to get to your room with doors off their hinges propped up against walls, and bare underlay instead of carpet (which was also not fixed down so a significant trip hazard). Staff were ok, did the job required but no real friendliness there. Covid measures seem non-existent. Virtually no one wearing a mask, no social distancing etc. Room was nice (although in need of general repair as lots of bits coming apart, tv not working properly etc), bed was extremely comfortable. Didn’t get a great nights sleep as very noisy people in the hall, but that’s not the fault of the hotel. Overall I think once renovation is completed this will be a great place to stay, but until then we’ll give it a miss.

Decent. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was very tasty but unfortunately the leisure facilities were not all working.

The whole hotel was quiet considering it was very close to the airport. Loved how facilitating the staff were, always saying hi and helpful.

Ensimmäisessä huoneessa WC-istuin ja seinä rikki. Toisessa huoneessa ammeen viemäri tukossa ja vettä vuoti lattialle. Myös WC:n katossa vesivuotojälkiä. Huoneessa haisi kellari/home.

The room was dirty which was is my main complaint, check in took a long time because it was started by a trainee and finished off by an experienced colleague, this wasn't communicated to us until the end of the check in process, by which time I'd become impatient.

Great hotel, great price, great staff.
Pros:Everything... it was perfect!.... especially the staff!
Cons:Not very much to be honest.
Location:The NBEC is a £4 taxi away!
After a disastrous booking elsewhere, we ended up at the Holiday Inn. To say we were relived would be an understatement......fantastic location for the NEC, superb staff, great facilities (pool, gum, great bar etc.)
