This Incredible Loft is beautifully decorated with a VERY large private rooftop terrace, outdoor seating & an over-sized farmhouse table for outdoor dining. Our loft offers the charm of an early 1900`s building with exposed brick and open rafter ceilings. The building was completely remodeled in 2017. Professionally decorated and beautiful views from every window. Luxury linens and down comforters with high thread count duvets and all linens and blankets are cleaned and changed between every guest. Keurig provided with a variety of coffees. Water, snacks, and other items are provided.

The loft comes with an indoor garage parking spot that can ONLY accommodate COMPACT AND SMALLER MIDSIZE CARS AND SUVS, it’s just a few steps to the elevator that takes you to the top floor (3) and into the space. You must have a code to access the third floor. There is also a front street entrance with a set of steps that leads you to the loft. The building has 4 other Lofts so please be respectful and mindful of other guests.

There is a paid parking lot next door to building and plenty of metered street parking spots. Metered spots do not have to be paid in evenings or weekends.

Please be careful when staying with younger children. There is no barrier at top of steps. No events without expressed permission in advance. The outside terrace is a beautiful space but is not meant for parties.

Please make yourself familiar with the following. 1. This is a no smoking unit. SMOKING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Smoking of any substance in the unit or terrace will result with your reservation being cancelled and no refund. There are families staying here, please have respect for others. Its important to know that Airbnbs no smoking policy includes no smoking on the entire property not just inside. Smoking fines and resolutions: -$200 per day smoking fine. -You will also be responsible for any financial losses we incur from leaving the condo smelling like smoke including: - Relocating upset guests to a smoke free environment. - Any losses from having to refund a booking. - Any lawyer fees we incur by enforcing the no smoking policy.
2. The properties public areas are monitored 24/7 with security cameras. Please give us full disclosure of all guests who will be staying. $100 per night fee will be charged for guests that aren`t accounted/paid for in the initial booking. Please don`t make us fine you, we don`t like doing this.
