You will have access to the whole apartment, located on the 4th floor. There is free parking for 1 car.
Other things to note
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Please note it is essential to adhere to the rules and regulations during your stay, failure to do so will result in a full reduction of your security deposit.

Early check in and Late check out are possible for an extra fee but must be agreed upon prior, otherwise check out must be prompt or charges apply, £20 for every extra hour.

CHECK IN- 4PM
CHECK OUT- 10AM

LOST KEYS
Replacement for lost keys is £250. The replacement for a lost parking permit is £200

QUIET TIME
As this is a residential area we ask that noise is kept to a minimum between 10PM-8AM, This is to respect our neighbours and create a peaceful environment for all. Please note there is a noise monitor installed within the premises to ensure noise levels are kept within respectful limits, If the noise exceeds these limits we will be notified.

BREAKAGES
We understand accidents happen! If you do break anything please let us know immediately, If it’s something minor we most likely won’t charge, however if it’s a Larger issue we will agree on a cost with you before the end of your stay. Please note in some cases this could be the full security deposit

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is strictly prohibited in this property, please be aware there is a smoke detection monitor in place, this will alert us if any smoking has taken place. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a full deduction of the deposit.

PETS
Although we’d love to accommodate them, pets are not allowed within the premises.

THEFT
Theft of any items will result in a full deduction of the security deposit.
