Not recommended
Upon arrival i was given the key card and asked if i need internet code. Which was shown on talk talk home broadband card. Not even high speed virgin for 30+ rooms it hardly loaded facebook about youtube i had to forget. Moving on. The walls felt like they were made from paper i could clearly hear people talking next door and could even hear further. I was lucky everyone was quiet at night. Tv frame was bigger than tv and you could see holes where the frame was attached previously, same with mirror in the room.
Good bits. Room was clean and i can say it had comfy bed. I slept well. It had tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. Shower was ok as well. Looks like it was refurbished recenty, but the standard of builders that did it was very low. Thinking that even i can do it better when i have never done building work.
Restaurant:
Indian food was ok but there is still place for improvement. The staff looked scared, i think they were trying too hard to deliver good service not to please me but someone else probably they have a bully boss there was no warmth in it. When i say bully everyone was refering to a person as mr ram that stood behind bar. In the professional good to work enviroment you would never call senior as Mr there was no friendliness in communication,everytime waiter asked a question and was waiting for an answer from mr ram she looked scared.
The night before i was told breakfast at 7:30 there was not even a sign of human arround 7:30 had to go elsewere.

Nice but it's on the process of being refurbished
Pros:New refurbishment therefore nice
Cons:Not being drilling at 9pm when people want to rest and relax!
Location:Not the best location being away from everything but ok and easy to access from M6
This is a nice hotel but being on the process of a total refurbishment so not the best but will get there. There are people leaving there on long term so can be noisy sometimes.
