The Space:

Fejny Dom was designed for guests who appreciate contemporary architecture, comfort and close contact with nature. Large floor to ceiling windows fill the interior with natural light and frame the surrounding forests and meadows throughout the year.



The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. On the ground floor, you'll find a private bedroom with a modular bed that can be arranged as either one double or two single beds. The mezzanine features a spacious Japanese futon, while the Karup Design sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.



The living room is the heart of the house, featuring a fireplace, a comfortable lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests have access to a refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, the renowned Moccamaster filter coffee machine and a traditional moka pot for slow, relaxing mornings.



The mezzanine also includes a workspace overlooking the surrounding countryside, making it easy to combine relaxation with remote work. High speed WiFi is available throughout the house. Instead of a traditional TV, you'll find a projector with Chromecast and a Bang & Olufsen speaker, creating the perfect setting for movie nights or relaxing with your favourite music.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and the private property surrounding it.



Firewood for the fireplace is provided free of charge. We simply recommend bringing your own fire starters and lighter.



Families travelling with young children can use the Nuna Sena travel cot. Please note that bed linen for the cot is not provided.



Dogs are welcome. If you're planning to travel with your furry companion, please let us know before your arrival.

Fejny Dom is located in Kojtryny, close to Lake Dadaj, one of Warmia's most picturesque lakes. It's the perfect destination for guests looking to slow down and reconnect with nature.



The surrounding forests, lakes and scenic walking and cycling trails invite you to explore the area throughout the year. Nearby Tumiany offers kayak and bicycle rentals as well as local restaurants, while Biskupiec, Barczewo and Olsztyn provide historical landmarks, cultural attractions and a wider selection of shops and dining options.



Getting Around:

The easiest way to reach Fejny Dom is by car. Free parking is available on the property for guests.



Its convenient location also makes it easy to explore nearby Tumiany, Biskupiec, Barczewo and Olsztyn, making a car the best way to discover the beauty of Warmia.



Other Things to Note:

Instead of a traditional television, the house is equipped with a projector and Chromecast, allowing you to stream your favourite movies and series using your own accounts.
