At Sir Lionel Retreat, we happily welcome your well-mannered four-legged companions provided they weigh in at a dainty 25 lbs (11 kg) or less. Anything more robust, alas, will have to stay home with the butler.

Fee: $ 100—err, $ 100 per pet, per stay
(Think of it as their contribution to the royal cleaning brigade.)

Now, while we do everything short of using a monocle to inspect every surface, we must confess:
We cannot guarantee absolute removal of every whisker or wayward tuft of fur.

Getting Around:
● Drive, bike, or walk within the community. Guests can easily walk or bike to the lake, beach, & volleyball court. Alternatively, all community amenities are just a short 2-5 minute drive away. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.
● We strongly recommend that you travel in a AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads can be slick and poorly maintained.

Other Things to Note:
The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation.

● This property can host a maximum of 9 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations.

VE Resorts requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload your government-issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as send us a photo of your ID.

For non-Airbnb reservations ONLY, any eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee & adding the damage waiver fee ($40) is mandatory. This fee will be added to the reservation once confirmed.

Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free.

NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Family Dollar, Ahart's Market, DG Market, Wawa and CVS

We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank

When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.
