If you are looking for a house for parties and loud music this place is not for you. Unauthorized extra guests are not permitted.

our cozy home has 4 bedrooms,2 bathrooms,a fully stocked kitchen (pots,pans,plates,cups-all major appliances),a washer and dryer,wood stove in the family room.Heated 80F above ground pool 15/30ft.open from orial Day to Labor weekend.
The deck is half covered with the roof with gas grill and outdoor furniture which seats 8.The home features a 6 person hot tub,3 person Sauna,outdoor patio,outdoor fireplace,flat screen TVs,Internet services.the kitchen is equipped with the range microwave,refrigerator,a dishwasher,pans,Dishes and everything you need to prepare for meals.the washer and dryer are there for your convenience..
This home is an All Season vacation home.for the winter skiers,we are located near Jack Frost,Big Boulder,Blues Mountain,kalahari indoor water park,Camel Back all within 15/30 minutes.in the spring,summer and fall guests can enjoy the outdoors at the Hershey Park,Dorney Park,Water Park at Camel Beach,horseback riding,paintball,ATV riding,whitewater-rafting,outlet shopping,movies,bowling,Hiking,mountain hiking,biking,gambling.
Annual attractions include NASKAR racing,Wine and Food Fest,Blues Fest and Beer Festivals.
We do not rent to parties under the age of 26.There are 4 External Surveillance Devices installed outside the house 
front door,jacuzzi ,.swimming pool and driveway area for the safty.

I struggled with whether or not to leave a review for this house but nearly a month later the issues still really bother me and I felt I had to share my thoughts with other renters. Given the price, it really wasn’t worth the money AT ALL. The AC units in all rooms either don’t work or sound like jet engines and keep you up all night. They use the poor neighbors as scapegoats, she texted me that there were items in the pool “blocking the filter”. I told her it was fine, there was nothing near the filter. So, in fact, it was the swimming pool skimmer pole, which my son used and it slipped out of his hands and was at the bottom of the pool. It does not float – it was not blocking the filter and I would have removed it when I was next in the pool. She texted me again – quite aggressively - that there was a “string” in the pool and the neighbor had called to tell her about the string blocking the pool filter. She is entitled to have cameras outside the house, but the lying about the neighbor, alleging that they were looking through the trees between the property, across the yard and then DOWN into the pool was a bit much. Well, per the reviews, she seems to blame these poor neighbors for everything. I’m also a VRBO host, I understand concern for her asset but there is a line between attentive and intrusive and she crosses the line. I left their home in the same condition I found it, with pictures to prove it, I just wish I had found it better condition.

Bachelorette Party weekend

Perfect for a low key get away to celebrate our friend who is getting married. Hung out in the pool and hot tub. Watched TV on the HUGE TV the had. Super clean. A ton of places to sleep. Lots of cool places to hike nearby

very clean and comfortable

it was first house that i visited who had new clean great quality bedding. i always check pillows and comforters and they had it in a great condition. also kitchen was clean and they had everything that i needed. we had fun with our friends and family. there are puzzles board games that you can use. we will visit in summer for sure

Great house for family

The house was amazing for my entire family (wife and three kids). The host was very responsive with immediate responses, not like some other hosts that we had to wait a couple hours for even one response. I even had some more family come one of the nights and we had a bonfire and roasted marshmallows. It was a great few nights that we had. The only not so positive feedback I have is that both of the cell numbers that were given in the house did not work and we had to communicate with the host via the VRBO app which wasn't the best. Also, we did not realize that we had to turn on the heating for the pool and there were no instructions in the house that this had to be done. Both of these issues can easily be fixed with just a tad more communication.

Wonderful place!

Me and my family love the place so much! The huge patio is best to hang out in the morning for coffee. Their pool is perfect size, not too big not too small. We barely went out during our stay, but the jacuzzi and sauna occupied our time to relax. The house is very clean no complain at all. We definitely going to come back to this place again.

This house is what you need for your vacation, very clean and everything working perfectly.

What I can say is that we get there everything was sensational and perfect, a house suitable for all vacation needs, the communication was excellent at all times with the manager and we enjoyed everything, the pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna, the table billiards, the house is very comfortable and very relaxed, we are very happy and of course we hope to return to enjoy again because everything was very great, the property is highly recommended and in excellent condition, especially if you need a vacation with friends or family, it is fantastic 🙏🙏

Love the house

We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals, this rental specifically gave us a home away from home feeling. We loved it, Big pool not too far from the house, jacuzzi not far from the pool, nice big yard and comfy beds for a great getaway rest. Awesome fireplace also right next to all of these amenities making it easy to access without all the extra walking giving us more time to spend together. Highly recommend 👍

Worst Host Ever!

I booked this stay before she posted no outside guests. I had mine and my husbands parents and siblings come to bbq at the house. The host is watching you on the cameras. Once I arrived within minutes I had a message and then on Saturday with in minutes of my dads arrival. The host told me no outside guests or I would have to leave have them out within two hours. I called Vrbo and they told me that I was allowed to have guests, as long as they were not over night over 8 people. The host then canceled my reservation and called the police on my family including my twin two year old daughters. I highly suggest not staying or canceling any stays at this home. They do not follow Vrbo rules with cameras because the host also stated that they could see us in the rec room inside the home.

Great time at the Pocono pool house

Stayed here with a group of six guys. Some are family, some are long time childhood friends. We get together every year to stay connected and catch up on life. The house was amazing and just invites you to relax. Home was super clean and had many things to do. The pool was great. Perfect for relaxing during the heat of the day. The lounge area was wonderful too. Everyone was pleased with the many amenities this home had to offer. It was the perfect place to unwind and catch up on new and old times. We had our groceries delivered and didn't need to go out for much. There was a lake, that was only a short walk away, that had some nice bass in it as well. In the evening, the fire pit was another winner. A fine cigar and bourbon by the fire was the perfect way to cap the night. The hot tub was also a bonus and felt great on my back. The beds were comfortable, and everyone slept well. We all had a great, relaxing stay at this beautiful, well-appointed home. I would definitely come back again. And I highly recommend it to anyone who will be visiting the area.
