Italian cabin in Blanchard, OK

At Lori’s Country Cabins you can kick back and relax at this unique and peaceful getaway in the country but still close to town. The Italian cabin offers a private porch with seating, charcoal grill and a fire pit right outside your duplex style cabin. Fix a snack or a full meal with a kitchenette. More than two staying, no worries there is a loft with a movable ladder for easy access with a floor mattress. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee.

The Italian cabin has a Italian/wine theme with a comfy queen size bed with a Murphy table, which provide a coffee pot/cups, wine glasses/wine opener. There is a kitchen that is fully equipped for all of your needs and there is also a loft with movable ladder to provide extra room that has a floor mattress. There is a mounted smart tv that is turntable so you can watch tv from your bed or kitchen.
No smoking allowed inside cabins.

No illegal drug use on the property.

Minimum age is 21

This property is not ADA approved.

Property owner is not responsible for any accidents/injuries sustained by the renter/renters guest from utilizing the ladder accessing the sleeping loft.

House rules and rental agreement should be followed by renter and all renter`s guest, House rules are posted inside each cabin. A cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged to your credit card if house rules are not followed.

Renter will be completely responsible for any and all damages done to the property, the cabin and/or its contents

A non-refundable pet fee of $25.00 is required at the time of booking for Italian/Bear cabin. No pets allowed in Western Cabin. Any damages sustained by pets will be charged accordingly. If pet fee is not paid there will be a $75.00 cleaning fee charged to your credit card.

*PETS WILL REMAIN ON LEASH WHEN OUTSIDE OF CABIN. PETS WILL NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED AT CABIN. PETS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOTHER OTHER GUEST (BARKING, ect.). All pet feces should be picked up on the property.

Fire extinguishers are located under kitchen sink in each cabin.

There is a water hydrant and hose located in the guest yard for guest use.

Any linens (bed sheets/comforters or towels) that are ruined by guest/ will be charged as followed: Sheet set (top,bottom and pillow cases) $75.00 per set, Comforters $100.00. $10.00 per bath towel, $7.50 per hand/dish towel and $5.00 per wash rag

*Any dishes used should be washed, dried and put up. Coffee pot should be emptied, cleaned and unplugged. Towels should be placed on floor in bathroom.

*Ashes from charcoal grill emptied into `ashes barrel provided`. Trash placed in `trash receptacle provided`. DO NOT LEAVE TRASH ON PORCH!

You will agree and abide by this rental agreement and accept all terms at the time of your booking. This rental agreement is a legal and binding contract.

These house rules help us so we do not have to charge any cleaning fees. Thank you for understanding!
