Ranch 33 is a one-of-a-kind Hill Country retreat where elevated design meets sweeping Texas landscapes. Thoughtfully crafted across two distinctive buildings—The Bunkhouse and The Playhouse—connected by the dramatic Skywalk, this boutique estate offers unparalleled westward views over rolling oak-covered hills and grasslands. It’s the perfect backdrop for savoring quiet mornings with coffee and evenings painted with unforgettable Hill Country sunsets.
Inside the Bunkhouse, you’ll find versatile accommodations designed for both comfort and style. The lower level features a spacious bunk area with two queen beds and three built-in singles above, while the cozy loft offers an additional queen bed. A fully equipped chef’s kitchen and a large spa-inspired bathroom complete this welcoming space.
Stroll across the Skywalk to the expansive Playhouse, a stunning open-concept haven with plush lounge seating, a dining area for shared meals, and a 70-inch TV with surround sound—perfect for indulgent movie nights indoors.
