Important Notes & House Rules
* Pool is open seasonally (typically April–September). Hot tub is open year-round.
*. Maximum of 12 guests, including children. No events, weddings, or parties allowed.
* Minimum rental age is 25. Primary renter must be present.
* Quiet hours: 10 PM–6 AM.
* Security Cameras (video/audio enabled):
-Front of house facing driveway
-Exterior of Bourbon & Cigar Room
- (No cameras near pool/hot tub)
* Noise Monitor (dB only, no audio recording) alerts guests if sound levels exceed local limits.
* Smoking is only allowed in the Bourbon & Cigar Room. Smoking or vaping anywhere else—including decks and porches—is strictly prohibited. A minimum $250 cleaning fee will apply for violations.
* No pets allowed. $250 fee if violated.
* Wildlife: You may see farm animals like roaming dogs or cats. These are not part of the property—please do not feed or approach.
* Security Deposit Hold: A credit card hold is placed 2 days before check-in via our third-party system (outside Airbnb). It’s released 3 days after checkout if house rules are followed and no damage occurs.
Food, alcohol, and cigars are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
