ABOUT THE LAZY K
Conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, The Lazy K offers an elegant mountain escape featuring multi color wood interior, mountain view, hot tub & table tennis inside screened-in lower porch, large upper open deck, two living areas, open yard, fire pit and games and much more for the family. It has three levels with bedrooms/bathrooms on each and an open main level floor plan with cathedral ceilings!

The Lazy K is an easy drive from Atlanta, Chattanooga, and Knoxville airports/cities. The beautiful scenery, lush mountains and fresh air will be a welcome change to have a few lazy days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life!
It features 3 king beds for a maximum of 8 guests. There is also a pull out sofa, crib mattress and pack and play for little ones.
Parking is easy upon your arrival with two spaces next to the steps leading to the entry and another space just to the left of the main drive sitting next to the screened porch at the lower level. There is also additional parking for a few more cars behind these spaces.
Entry to the property is up 5 steps. You will enter into the main living area of the property with the dining room to the left, kitchen to the right and living room directly in front of you.
The living room features a gas fireplace accented by a stone hearth and wall, a smart TV, ample seating with two couches and a rocker chair for the family to gather. The soaring ceilings and large windows allow ample light and create a very cozy yet open and inviting atmosphere! The perfect place for a well deserved days of relaxation.
The dining table seats six comfortably and provides a nice view of the mountains!
The fully appointed kitchen has all the comforts of home including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range/oven and stainless steel farmhouse sink.
Just off the kitchen is the first bedroom featuring a king bed, smart TV, dresser and closet. The shared bathroom connects directly to this bedroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, single vanity and also features a full size washer/dryer.
The main level features a large outdoor deck with Adirondack chairs, sectional furniture and a gas grill. It provides nice views of the mountains and overlooks the yard and fire pit below. A great place for your morning coffee, to watch for wildlife or breathe in the fresh mountain air!
The upstairs has a loft with a couch to relax, read a book, or take a nap.
The loft also has a desk if you need a location to catch up on work.
The primary bedroom is also upstairs featuring a king bed, smart TV, dresser, a large closet in the bathroom, and full size bathroom with walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks.
Stairs from a door at the kitchen give access to the lower level. It leads to the second living area with a large sectional sofa that has a full bed pull out with a futon to put on top, large screen smart TV, additional refrigerator, full size bar area with sink and extra cabinet storage.
There is a card table, children's games/toys and games for the entire family as well as an electric fireplace with optional heating, and a new âold-fashionedâ working vinyl record player!
The third bedroom is also on the lower level and features a king master suite, smart TV, dresser, closet and bathroom with a tub/ shower combo and single vanity sink. In the closet you will find a pack and play crib (and crib sheet), and a junior size mattress for extra sleeping options.
This living/game area is a perfect space for group games and get-togethers but also a separate space from the upstairs when needed.
The lower level screened-in patio is accessible off this additional living area via a door. It has a 5 person hot tub and ping-pong table for some friendly competition. You can also easily reach the outdoor fire pit from this level.
At night there are overhead cafe lights for evening hot tubbing and ping pong play. Also the stairs leading to the firepit are lit by solar lights for safety.
There is a wonderful yard for kids to run/play, a flat area for throwing a ball or a game of cornhole, and a fire pit to roast marshmallows. There is also a secret fairy garden at the edge of the side yard- so much to do!
The Lazy K is a great place to feel at home, have a variety of activities at the property and easy access to all the surrounding sites and attractions!

Guest access
Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.
The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the ownerâs closet

Privacy:
Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owner's privacy and comply with private property signs.
Trash and Litter:
ALL TRASH MUST BE WHITE KITCHEN BAG (or larger) BAGGED!
Trash pickup service is provided on Wednesday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. ALL TRASH must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies WILL NOT pick up loose trash. The can is a âbear proofâ can. Squeeze your fingers inside latch (bears canât do this!) to open. Please always keep on the plastic ârain hatâ.
Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:
