Less than 7 minutes to historic downtown Blue Ridge, this cabin offers two decks, hot tub, game room, arcade games, fire pit, smart tv's, and more . Explore the mountains and rivers, or cozy up to the gas fireplace, the choice is yours!

This is a creek front cabin with 3 bedroom, 3.5 baths, pool table, shuffle board table, hot tub, grill, fire pit, and more. This 3 level cabin with 2 decks gives your group plenty of room to spread out. Enjoy the serenity of being on a wooded hillside, while being minutes from downtown Blue Ridge.

DUE TO THE NEW FANNIN COUNTY ORDINANCE: We can only accommodate 2 vehicles at our property. No on road parking is available at our cabin.

* MAIN FLOOR:

* Primary Bedroom: King bed with Smart TV. Dedicated Bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. This bathroom is not connected to the primary bedroom.
* Half Bathroom
* Living Room and Kitchen
* Screened/Covered Deck with gas grill. Gas is piped in, so no need to bring propane!

* TOP FLOOR:

* Twin over Twin bunk bed
* Twin daybed with twin pull out trundle
* Attached bathroom with shower
* Smart TV

* BOTTOM FLOOR:

* Game Room
* Smart TV
* Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo
* King Bedroom (no TV)
* Walkout to firepit deck

WE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

* Bath towels, wash clothes, all bed linens
* Hand Soap
* Dish Soap
* Starter Pack of: laundry pods, dish pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper.
* Gas for the grill is piped in. No need to bring propane.

HOT TUB: The hot tub is drained and cleaned after every guest.

THE CREEK: Sugar Creek is perfect for creek stomping and sipping a beverage bankside. We cannot guarantee a successful fishing experience. The creek is not suitable for tubing/kayaking.

THE FIREPLACE: The gas fireplace is non-operational April- September.

FIREPIT: We do not supply firewood. Please plan to bring your own.

CAMERA: There is one exterior camera that is mounted on the front corner of the cabin. It monitors the driveway and front entrance via motion activated video. While the sound recording setting is hardly ever on, the camera is capable of recording sound if we feel there is a need.

BOOKING PROCESS: For questions, please submit an inquiry. To book, submit a booking request with the correct number of guests in your group including children and infants. The host will contact you with a few additional questions and clarifications. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with our rental agreement. This must be signed within 24 hours of booking. You can find a copy of the rental agreement to preview under the "House Rules" section. Guests must upload their ID to the profile section of the booking platform if this option is available.

We do not allow Third Party Bookings (booking on behalf of someone else). The person booking must be present at the property with guests during the reservation.

CHECK IN INFORMATION: Once we have your signed agreement, you will be all set! Then, two days prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with all of the information: address, door codes, wifi password, etc.

No smoking, pets, or parties. Must be 25 to book. No additional guests on the property other than those registered at the time of booking.

Cleaning Fee is $200.00

Refundable Deposit $300 which will be a hold placed on the account two weeks prior to arrival depending upon which booking platform was used to create the reservation.

Cancellation Fee: $75 Covers the cost associated with credit card processing and transferring of funds.

Cancellation: Please refer to the policy associated with the platform that was used to make your reservation. If booking directly on our website, 100% refund up to 30 days prior to reservation. No refund given if cancellation is within 30 days of the reservation.

Check Out Procedures:

Clean up all of your trash inside and outside of the cabin. Place in outdoor trashcans.
Place all used towels on the laundry room floor. Leave bedding on the beds.
Load and run the dishwasher. Wash all dishes in the sink.
Be sure to log out of all streaming accounts on the smart TVs.
Have a safe journey home!
