Positioned in the heart of the Aska Adventure Area, just minutes from waterfalls, hiking, fishing, skeet shooting, tubing and other great adventures! Higher Hopes is a brand new log cabin, with intricate wood details, all new modern décor furniture and great space for the entire family.



Higher Hopes is at the end of the gravel access road, it provides privacy, serene beauty, and a wonderful connection with nature. This escape is close to some great restaurants including Toccoa Riverside Restaurant, Van Zandt’s, Iron Bridge Café and the new Mill at Noontootla. In addition, Noontootla Creek Farms offers guided fly fishing, guided quail hunting, and sport clay shooting just 10 minutes from the cabin!



The drive to the cabin will set the tone for your stay! Meandering through the beautiful forest with the Toccoa River on one side and multiple hiking trails on the other, it will exude the peace and tranquility of the Blue Ridge Mountains.



To make your arrival easier, there is a blue reflective sign with the address number and our PMI North GA Mountains property management sign with our contact information. You will turn right into the driveway and down a small decline to the flat parking area for the cabin. Entry will be across the deck bridge through the screen porch. A code will be provided the day before your arrival.



You will enter into the large open space with a vaulted ceiling creating a warm welcome! The living room features a couch, chair, side tables, lamp, coffee table, wood burning fireplace, and large screen smart TV. Just off the living room is a half bath.



To the right is the dining area with seating for six and a large gourmet kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. The island has three additional bar stools and there is also a full coffee station with multiple choices to choose from including drip coffee, espresso machine and Keurig. Coffee is provided for your convenience.



You have full deck access from the living room or entry. The main level deck is fully screened and has rocking chairs, Adirondack chairs, gas grill and dining table for six. A fantastic place to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of mother nature.

The master king suite is located just off the living room. It is very spacious, featuring a dresser, side tables, lamps, smart tv, and access to the deck with rocking chairs just outside for your morning coffee, to read a book or just relax and take everything in.



There is an additional reading area in the loft space in the master bedroom creating the ultimate escape.



The master suite bathroom is spacious with a walk-in closet, dual vanities, walk-in shower and separate water closet.



Family adventure awaits in the lower level with an additional living space with sectional sofa, gas fireplace, smart TV, board games, dart board, cornhole, arcade game and wet bar with mini fridge. Whether your vibe is movie night, game night or night cap, there is something for everyone.



The laundry area is also attached to the lower living space with a full size washer and dryer and laundry pods are provided.



Two bedrooms are on the lower level with the first being a queen size bed with deck access and the other having a queen size bed and bunk bed with single/over single.



The bathroom is located just outside the bedrooms and features a tub/shower combo.



A five person hot tub is located just off the lower level living room, with towels provided, and smart TV. The fire pit is just steps away with six chairs to reminisce about the day, roast marshmallows or just hang out with family and enjoy the mountain air.



There is another deck accessible from the living room with additional outdoor seating. This deck is not screened.

Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.



The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owners closet



The Neighborhood:

Higher Hopes is located in the heart of the Aska Adventure Area. The cabin is nestled in the woods, at the end of the gravel road providing your private mountain escape. There are other cabins visible. The road is easily navigable and there is parking for up to three vehicles. Four wheel drive is not necessary.

The property is located in the heart of the Aska Adventure area featuring excellent hiking trails, trout fishing, tubing, kayaking, waterfalls, state parks and easy access to downtown Blue Ridge.

Privacy:

Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owner's privacy and comply with private property signs.



Pets:

Dogs only - All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside of the fenced area. Poop bags and dog bowls are provided for your furry family members. The number of dogs is limited to two and each must be under 30 lbs. The owners respectfully request that dogs are kept off the furniture and you crate your dog while away.



Trash and Litter:

Trash pickup service is provided on Thursday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:

Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen neighbors.



Smoking Policy:

This property is a NO SMOKING property of any kind.
