Are you ready for some family fun? Located 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, S’more Fun offers a quaint and relaxing escape to the beautiful mountains of North Georgia. Curl up in the new outdoor furniture to read a book or enjoy nature, roast marshmallows by the fire, have a family game night with air hockey, pop-a-shot or your favorite board game. Soak away the stress in the five person hot tub and let your kids and dogs run free in the 3,000 sq. ft. fenced yard! Let your adventure begin!

The Space:
S’more Fun is nestled in the woods of Blackberry Estates just 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, GA. With all paved road access and no steep hills, it is a great place to enjoy everything our beautiful town has to offer! The cabin will provide convenience to local shops, restaurants, Mercier Orchards, wineries, breweries, hiking and other great adventures for all ages.

Entry to the property is by a door code provided the day before arrival. The cabin is very easy to find and has easy access in/out with the circular driveway and parking for up to three vehicles.

Entrance is into the main living area. The all new dining room set is to the right with seating for six and the living room is straight ahead. It features a new couch, loveseat, area rug, smart TV, and gas fireplace.

The fully appointed kitchen will be to your left. It has plenty of counter space, pantry, and full appliance package (dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator). Everything you will need to cook those great family meals is provided. There are four counter bar stools for additional spaces to dine.

Just off the living room is the screened porch. It has a dining table for four, tv trays, new outdoor furniture, two additional chairs and wood burning fireplace.

The main level king bedroom is located just off the kitchen. It has side tables, lamps, dresser, deck access and smart TV. A full size bathroom with a tub/shower combo is just across the hall. In addition, this bathroom has a full size washer/dryer for your use.

The upper level has a king bedroom suite with side tables, lamps, dresser, smart TV and private deck access with two sitting chairs. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and single vanity.

The kids will enjoy the lower level where great family fun awaits! There is a separate living area with a couch, smart TV, and small microwave.

Multiple games are available for your enjoyment including air hockey, pop-a-shot, board games and a standup arcade game. The competition can be friendly or a little more serious for the highly competitive.

The lower level also features a large bedroom with single over single bunk beds and queen bed. The stand up arcade game is located in this bedroom. It features side tables, lamps, dresser and a smart TV.

A large bathroom is also downstairs and includes a tub/shower combo, separate sink area and single vanity.

The open deck is located just off the downstairs living area. It features a five person hot tub, access to the fire pit area, swing, wood holder (wood supplied) and access to the fully fenced yard. There is also a great hammock for that perfect relaxation!

We are so excited to offer S’more Fun for our guests to enjoy! There are many wonderful things to do and so much to explore in our area. To help with your adventures, we provide a very detailed information book that has everything from hiking trails, waterfalls, attractions, shopping and many other options.

Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.

The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owners closet

The Neighborhood:
S’more Fun Cabin is located 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, just off Ada Street. It is nestled in the woods in the Blackberry Estates neighborhood. Access is all paved roads. The parking area has a level gravel circular driveway with parking for three vehicles.

Getting Around:
This property is conveniently located minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and other attractions including: Mercier Orchards, Blue Ridge Adventure Park, Aska region, shopping, restaurants, white water rafting, tubing, horseback riding, and much more. Privacy:
Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owner's privacy and comply with private property signs.

Pets:
Dogs only - All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside of the fenced area. Poop bags and dog bowls are provided for your furry family members. The number of dogs is limited to two and each must be under 50 lbs. The owners respectfully request that dogs are kept off the furniture and you crate your dog while away.

Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on Wednesday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen neighbors.

Smoking Policy:
This property is a NO SMOKING property of any kind.
