The Space:

Welcome to Toccoa Modern, a retreat on the Toccoa River—just under 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. This beautifully designed cabin offers the perfect blend of comfort and style, with space to sleep up to 8 guests. The main level features a king master suite with an en-suite bathroom, a tiled walk-in shower, and a double vanity. On the lower level, you’ll find another king ensuite with the same upscale bathroom layout, along with a third bedroom that includes two sets of twin bunk beds and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combination.



The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need for cooking, including cookware, utensils, cutting boards, and mixing bowls, to prepare meals with ease. For your morning routine or quick snacks, the kitchen includes a traditional drip coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee maker (pods not included), a toaster, and a blender. We’ve stocked the cabinets with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, and silverware. Dish towels and pot holders are also provided to make clean-up simple and stress-free. This area features bar seating for four and an open layout that seamlessly connects to the main living area. Here, you’ll find a cozy gas fireplace and a dining table with seating for four. Large double sliding doors open out to a covered deck featuring an outdoor dining set and a second gas fireplace, surrounded by a comfortable conversation set—ideal for enjoying the fresh mountain air.



The lower level features a second living area with a streaming-only TV, arcade game, and wet bar, along with access to the lower deck, where you’ll find an 8-person hot tub. The cabin is equipped with high-speed Starlink WiFi, making it easy to stay connected during your stay.



While the cabin sits on the Toccoa River, the easiest access to the water is just a short drive away, making it ideal for fishing, tubing, or simply relaxing by the riverbank. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a couples' retreat, or a getaway with friends, this modern cabin is the perfect base for your Blue Ridge adventure.



Just a short drive of less than 10 minutes takes you to the heart of Downtown Blue Ridge, featuring delightful restaurants, unique local shops, and lively seasonal festivals. In just 5 to 15 minutes, you can visit popular attractions like Mercier Orchards for cider tastings and fresh apples, the Toccoa River for tubing, fly fishing, and riverside dining, Lake Blue Ridge & Marina for boating and picnics by the water, Aska Adventure Area for hiking, waterfalls, and mountain biking, and Serenity Spa for relaxation following your day of adventures. Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire cabin. Entry is self-check-in, with a personalized lockbox code provided before check-in. Outdoor areas, including river access, multiple porches, a fireplace, and a hot tub, are all yours to enjoy.



Getting Around:

2WD accessible (partially paved roads, maintained gravel roads, and paved incline driveway), with Parking for up to 3 vehicles. No RVs, trailers, or boats—restricted by HOA. Rideshares (Uber/Lyft) are very limited in this area, so having your vehicle is essential.



Other Things to Note:

Minimum age to book: 25. A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required. No pets are allowed due to the owner's allergies—unapproved pets will result in a $400 fine—no smoking/vaping of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, weed, vape, candles). Professionally cleaned & disinfected between every guest stay.
