Welcome to our four-bedroom, four-bath, semi-detached waterfront villa, nestled within the private, gated sanctuary of Callawassie Island, an expansive 900-acre nature reserve designed for those who enjoy perfect weather, championship golf, five-star dining, and white-glove concierge services.
Each bedroom in the 1,700 sq ft villa has an en-suite bathroom.
Located minutes away from pristine beaches, exceptional shopping destinations, and historic landmarks, the villa provides a comfortable base for exploration. Discover the idyllic Hilton Head Island Beaches, Old Town Bluffton's and Beaufort's historic charm, the cultural richness of Savannah, and the timeless allure of Charlestonâall within easy reach.
Guests enjoy full access to the Callawassie Island Club, including our three exceptional 9-hole golf courses, meticulously designed by renowned architect Tom Fazio. Two of these courses have recently undergone a $4 million renovation.
Your stay includes ONE ROUND (18 holes) of golf PER DAY FOR TWO ADULTS, including cart hire (during your round), throughout your entire visit (excluding Mondays, reserved for maintenance). Additional guests can play for a nominal fee of $85 per round (subject to change). Separate golf cart and golf club rentals are available through the pro shop.
The Callawassie Island Club offers a collection of world-class amenities, including heated swimming pools (one overlooking the Colleton River), six Har-Tru tennis courts, newly constructed pickleball courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a full-service day spa (offering deep tissue, Swedish, therapeutic stretch, and medical massages, as well as a variety of facial options and detox therapies, y appointment). There's also a thoughtfully crafted poolside playground for the kids. From our community docks, you can go fishing, shrimping, crabbing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Should you desire to explore the Island's charm, free bicycles are at your disposal. Please note: swimming in the lakes and lagoons of the island is not permitted.
*** Canine Companions Welcome ***
We warmly welcome well-behaved dogs (under 50 lbs). You may bring up to two dogs to the villa, ensuring that no member of your family is left behind. To maintain an environment of utmost comfort and cleanliness, we kindly request that dogs refrain from accessing the furniture or beds. In rare cases of excessive shedding, an additional $100 fee per dog may be assessed. We also welcome larger, well-behaved dogs. To ensure the safety and well-being of your beloved pets, we kindly ask that you keep them on a handheld leash when outside the villa and maintain a distance of at least 50 feet from all lagoons and ponds. Be careful of our sticks and branches, as some may harbor thorns or other hazards. Beware of the local wildlife, and please do not attempt to engage it. Callawassie is a bird sanctuary, but it also harbors alligators and snakes, so please be mindful, especially at night.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE 2025 COURSE AERATION SCHEDULE when planning your stay. Aeration will occur as follows:
* July 7-13: All 27 holes will be closed for aeration.
* July 15-August 1: Limited aeration with 18 holes back open for play.
Following aeration, the greens will have sand for an additional week. Despite these measures, the courses remain highly enjoyable throughout the season. Please note the golf courses and pro shop are closed on Mondays, but all other amenities are available.
Smoking is permitted on the screened-in porch and outside the house. Please do not smoke inside the villa.
FYI, Callawassie Island observes quiet time from 8pm to 8am daily. Please maintain noise levels at a considerate level so as not to disturb our full-time island residents.
