** 1 MILE from the BEACH!**
➤ Easy access to Spanish River bridge to the Beach - (1 mile away)
➤ There is some paid street parking but very limited right after the bridge.
➤ Spanish River park has a paid parking lot by the beach which is about 1.8
miles (The beach is about a 12-20 minute walk. If you are able-bodied, I recommend walking to the beach since it is close. The city of Boca charges $35/day for beach parking)

(There are no connecting doors between each unit. They both have their own private entrances.)

Please respect the neighbors by refraining from parking at the Unit 3372 next door on the left.
